The tech arrived on time, had a professional appearance, listened to me explain the problem without interruption, immediately began his inspection and diagnosed the problem in a short period of time. After explaining the problem to me, he began his work. The tech tested and re-tested several times to ensure all was well. He explained everything he did to me. He remembered my name and referred to me by that name. A strong reassurance, a firm hand shake, and he was out the door and we had heat just in time for a cold front coming in. The price was very fair. I'd recommend these folks in an instant and I thank them for their time and service.

Esmeralda was great. Our Google Nest had started giving us notifications that our furnace was not heating the house properly. We recently had our basement finished, and Esmeralda discovered one of the sensors was covered in construction dust. She cleaned it and gave the furnace a good check up, overall great experience.

Cooper is by far the best service company we’ve ever used. We have had HVAC, electrical and plumbing services from their team and they were all excellent. In fact, Cooper’s technicians identified two gas leaks in our new house that the builder had brushed off when we asked. They wouldn’t leave our place until it was fixed to make sure we were safe! They send copious communication about appointments, pictures of the techs to expect, and a tracking link to estimate when exactly they’ll be there. This is a really good company.

We have recently worked with 2 people from Cooper - Dwayne the Electrician and Darien the Plumber. Both of them were genuinely friendly, explained things and answered questions clearly, and provided various options with the pros/cons of each so we could make the best decisions for our needs. We have been using Cooper for several years and are very happy with every service visit!

Our Technician Paul was very nice and knowledgeable. He did a great job and kept us informed. Very professional and did a nice job cleaning up and paid close attention to details. So happy he came out.

We had an excellent service with Jesse from Cooper Heating and Plumbing! After multiple estimates, Jesse saw what multiple Master Plumbers had missed…a preexisting gas line. Jesse had the most efficient and seamless installation for us and gave us excellent tips. Jesse is the man and my go to plumber. And the customer service Cooper provides is top tier! Looking forward to our next issue! 😄

We were so lucky to meet William when he initially came out for the free quote. We had spoken to many others but William and Cooper Heating stood out . The discussion was informative and thorough. All questions were answered and offered competitive pricing. The installers were also amazing and worked a long day to finish the new install of our furnace. We will definitely be using them again if ever needed!

They were able to come out same day the day after Christmas to help diagnose an electrical problem in my home. Kevin was incredibly helpful and made sure he answered all of my questions. The gentleman who came out again once we confirmed the issue was quick, courteous, and kind.

NEVER recommending this company to any of my friends or family!! the technician kept harassing me for the green club membership it almost sounded like his voice was from a script he then told me my flame sensor was bad so he recommended getting a new unit I looked up the part on Amazon and found it for way cheaper and more stars then Cooper lol decided to replace it myself felt a lil shock but unit is up and running.

Chloe reached out to me personally to apologize, and she was extremely kind and professional. I really appreciated her taking the time to make things right. Had I not already found another company so quickly, I would have considered giving Cooper another chance. I’m updating my rating to 3 stars to reflect her excellent follow-up and genuine effort to resolve the situation.

Original Review:
I was hopeful after reading all the great reviews and scheduled an estimate online for a two-hour window. I received a confirmation text and confirmed my appointment. I even rearranged my day to make sure I was available—but no one ever called or showed up. When I called to check in, the representative tried to reschedule, but the new time didn’t work for me. Apparently, the technician originally assigned to my appointment just wasn’t available.

As a customer ready to invest around $10K in a new furnace and air conditioning system, I expected at least a courtesy call if the technician wasn’t coming. Communication matters, especially when customers are making time and planning for such a large purchase.

Sam and Jesse are awesome!!! They were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind. They quickly diagnosed the problem and went above and beyond to fix it. Because of them, Cooper has a lifelong customer in me.

We recently had a new furnace and heat pump installed. They brought an army of people, explained everything and did not leave until it was finished. They were professional and knowledgeable.

I recently had to do my first HVAC maintenance and did not have a good starting point as far as recommendations. So I found this business and since my first interaction have been very pleased! They had an online scheduling system, someone who called to confirm details and answer questions right way, and was able to schedule out within two days (probably sooner, my schedule precluded that).
I had Lee come to the house to do the maintenance service and he was immediately punctual, so friendly, answered questions and gave great suggestions without making me feel like I was being sold on unnecessary extra services. Highly recommend Cooper!

Blake was awesome to work with when the water heater at a rental property I own rusted out and flooded the basement. He got in there, worked well with my tenant, and solved the problem quickly and professionally. I asked my tenant (whose default temperament runs toward "grouchy") what he thought of his experience with Blake and his answer was "Great!" I am so pleased!
