I'm so happy I have Jeison and his crew to help with my HVAC needs. Very honest and I value that. Oliver and Kevin were very kind and professional and explained everything to me and patiently answered all of my questions and concerns during furnace tune up and suggested replacing a part that was worn. Will always call TICO HVAC when I need help.

We received great service with the installation of a new furnace, water heater and humidifier. We checked all the reviews and had other recommendations as well. Oliver, Cavin and Rodriguez were professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Oliver was so incredibly nice and helpful. We thought our heat had stopped working during a cold snap this weekend. Oliver was able to get out here on a Friday night after hours in about an hour and a half. He fixed the issue quickly and cleaned our furnace and changed our thermostat batteries while he was here. Today’s issue was a bit of user error due to being new homeowners, but he was still nice about it and educated us kindly. I will call again for maintenance or any issues in the future!

Oliver and Cavan were phenomenal! They arrived the same day I called and were able to quickly diagnose the issues with my heater. They were able to get it running again and provided diagnostics of what to look out for if it begins to act up again. It’s nice having a company that provides reliable information rather than upselling or replacing unneeded components to drive up costs. I highly recommend Jeison and his entire team with Tico HVAC!

I called Jason to schedule a service for my 2 furnaces. Ricardo and Canvan came out to do the work. They were timely, professional, and great at diagnosing and repairing a problem I've had with my airflow. Tico provides a great combination of reasonable pricing and excellent service. I'll be using them again for future HVAC needs.

Able from Cooper Heating and Cooling was absolutely spectacular. His customer service was above and beyond anything I would ever expect. He went the extra mile to make sure that my concerns were addressed and he was able to also ensure that everything was done right the first time. He let me know everything that was going to happen and how it was going to happen. He gave me all of the options for repair even if it didn't make the company the most money. The customer service at the headquarters prior to Abel arriving was amazing. They had a Tracker which allowed me to see their progress as they were coming to my location and they were right on time. It's refreshing to see a family-owned business still around and doing incredible work putting their customers first. I would 100% recommend Cooper Plumbing and Heating for any of your home repair needs in this Arena.

Eric showed up on time, diagnosed the problem, gave me options, replaced the necessary parts, and had my furnace up and running again later that morning. He was very courteous and professional.

Our electrical distribution panel needed replaced to prepare for an upcoming AC installation. Brett and Alex showed up and spent an entire summer day in the yard and on the roof with hot sun and eventually heavy rain bearing down on them. They were professional and effective. Brett's attention to detail was extremely appreciated. I'm extremely pleased with the work and feel like cost is reasonable. The respect they both had for Cooper was also refreshing. Would use again without hesitation.

Jesse and crew were timely, efficient and full of creative ideas for our sump pump issues. He is our new GO TO!! He called us back day of and talked us through a complex issue over the phone while analyzing pictures we were sending him from the space. Thank you so much for all your help!

Justin came out this morning to repair our AC issue. He was friendly, extremely knowledgeable and very thorough. He made the repair and gave us a recommendation to get set up on their maintenance plan so we could avoid some of the fees associated with today’s visit. We were grateful to get an immediate appointment today given that our AC stopped working on such a high heat day. Highly recommend this company!

We had our water heater go out & Jesse Bell & Jeremy Mondragon installed it they did a great job. Very friendly & nice men.

Brett Maytubby gave me an estimate almost an year ago and when I called a few weeks back to get the work done, he agreed to do the work for the same estimate and in fact gave me a discount as well. Brett and Destiny installed a new sub panel next to our main panel, a Tesla car charger circuit and a dedicated circuit for a space heater in our basement. The work done was clean and Brett personally made sure that everything worked great, from helping with configuring the Tesla charger to making sure it charged my Tesla as it should. A completely satisfied customer! Will definitely recommend Cooper in general and Brett Maytubby in particular for any electrical project.

Mr Martinez was knowledgeable, and personable. We discussed the problems and he explained why some of the wiring in my panel is not up to code and why that is a potential problem. He gave me a quote on upgrading my panel to meet our current needs, installing a level 2 charging station, and then he replaced and upgraded a broken outlet, and installed an outdoor outlet so I can charge my car.

Carey was a phenomenal tech. He came and quickly diagnosed the problem with our furnace and gave us thorough explanation of what the issue was. Cooper heating is great!

We had Premier Cooling and heating come out to do a simple drain clean to find out that the coil was frozen. The (very young) technician put in a new p trap and turned the fan on to melt the ice. They left and that was it. Later, the thawing water was flooding our electrical closet, pouring over electrical wires and equipment. Now, an AC that just needed a cleaning is not functional because the whole thermostat got fried because the p trap was not installed correctly, resulting in having to get a whole new unit. Cooper came out to save the day and couldn't believe the inexperience and stupidity of this repair done by the other company.
Nick installed the p trap correctly, discovered that the emergency water switch was cut, resulting in the flooding. We learned the hard way not to call anyone else but Cooper. When in doubt, call Cooper.

The guys did a great job installing my steam whole house humidifier and my Reme Halo LED light. Zach knows a lot about how the systems work and was able to answer all the questions I had. I have been able to keep the house (3,850 sq. ft.) at a 35-40% humidity without any issues. Even when there is a 10 point drop in humidity throughout the day outside, the humidity inside of the house only goes down by 4-5 points without having it constantly on. The price was a bit steep at $6,500 for the whole thing. The humidifier requires it's own dedicated circuit so that had to be installed. Overall it was worth it though. My hardwood floors are already in a lot better shape, my skin isn't as dry and I'm not waking up congested anymore. The Reme Halo is very good at getting rid of smells. When we cook the smell is gone within a few hours and doesn't linger. The dog smell is also gone. It also doesn't create any ozone which is something I was concerned about. Both systems are pretty cool!

A fantastic company that delivers on everything they promise. The installers were prompt, curious and very respectful of our home and pets. All of my questions were answered without fail. Our sales consultant William even went the above and beyond by making house call to help us resolve an issue with our water heater just because he wanted to help. We are very happy with our new heating system and look forward to many years of working with these great people.

Cooper installed a heat-pump for us in Lone Tree. We discovered Cooper at Costco. Typically, we traverse through 5-7 contractors for a big project like this, but Cooper’s compelling cost and confidence-inspiring performance guarantees captured our commitment early on.

Riley was our sales person, and initial contact. Riley not only resonated with our requirements but also rearranged a rapid cleaning rendezvous to respect our restricted schedule. A total professional, and pleasure to work with.

With no hidden surprises, the straightforwardness of the install was sincerely refreshing. In a single day, Ricardo and Nathan nimbly installed a 2.5-ton Lennox heat pump and rectified a rebellious refrigerant line leak. These two didn’t just do the job; they did it with dedication. Ensuring every element was efficient, they even expertly configured our Nest thermostat. After a long install day, Ricardo still found the time to walk me through all of his work, and give recommendations to keep our new heat-pump system running smoothly in the future-

Had a smell of gas in our house, possibly due to gas logs. Called Xcel who confirmed and discontinued service. Called Cooper Heating/Cooling for repair and they sent Mirwais Abedy and Jeremy Mondragon report to fix the problem. The problem turned ouit to be a leak in a gas line that was hidden in the walls of a remodeled and finisheed basement. Jeremy and Mirwais handled what turned out to be a beastly problem . Although they worked way more than the estimated time, they stuck to the initial bid. They had a very professional demeanor and their work was very nicely completed. They listened to my concerns and acted competently upon them. I will return to Coooper for future problems and would recommend them.
