Tico HVAC installed a new furnace and a central air conditioner. All of the TICO team were efficient, friendly and took excellent care of my home while removing and bringing new equipment into my home, they were great with our dogs.

We contacted Tico HVAC LLC, and Oliver Pernillo Garcia came promptly to our home. He is extremely knowledgeable and was able to quickly identify the problem with our A/C. He explained everything clearly and fixed the issue immediately. We really appreciated his professionalism, efficiency, and excellent service. Highly recommend Oliver and Tico HVAC!

the AI answering system was weird. But Oliver came within an hour of me calling. Not only did he repair what I needed. He pointed out other things which could be done to extend the life of the HVAC system.

Ricardo was amazing!! He came out for a water heater flush and checked out our AC. He arrived right on time the three times he came out and completed all the maintenance and repairs in a timely fashion!! The prices seemed reasonable and were less than other places that I had tried!! Everything works great now!! I appreciate Ricardo and Tico HVAC!!

We used Tico for the second time, this one was a furnace and a.c. install. The whole process went smoothly. Everyone, including Ricardo and Oliver are easy to work with. The cost is so much more reasonable than other companies.

Prompt response to request for appointment. Super friendly, clean and thorough. We've used them multiple times, including a new heart pump system and whole house humidifier.

These guys are my first call every time. They are there to help so freaking fast it's kinda insane, and their prices are reasonable. I've never felt like I was over charged or paying for unnecessary work. If anything they go out of their way to make sure I'm well informed and have refused to charge me for a couple minor things overtime. Every employee has been amazing so far I've worked with Jeison, Ricardo and Oliver and every one of these men has been amazing.

Jeisen was awesome! My furnace was making a loud noise one night. I was afraid to go to bed. I called him at 9:30.
I realized after he was on his way that a blanket had fallen between the sofa and was blocking the air flow vent. Once I removed it, the noise went away. By then Jeisen was at my house. He refused payment of any kind and still took a quick look at my furnance. I will come back. Thanks again!

Tico was so responsive and thorough. I highly recommend. Ricardo arrived promptly and walked us through the issue he found with our AC system. He fixed the clogged drain we had and replaced our circuit board and had everything back up and running efficiently. Service was great, price was very reasonable and we will definitely call them again for any future needs

Great service! We had a furnace emergency on the first cold day of the year. We were scheduled and diagnosed that day, and the replacement part was installed the next. We are so appreciative of their dedication to customer service, and to making a furnace last instead of upselling just for the profit. Will definitely be using this company again!

TICO HVAC is great! We’ve had them help us with a leak on our HVAC system at our home. We also had TICO solve a boiler issue at our rental property. In both cases TICO fixed issues that our regular maintenance company couldn’t or were going to charge us significantly more.
