Working with Elephant Energy was so easy and seamless from a customer experience perspective. They do a great job evaluating your home and the best approach for heating/cooling, even connecting you with an energy auditor to assess the weak points in your home. We ultimately did not move forward with installing a new heat pump system but only because we have some larger decisions to make first (like whether we are staying in our home or not). I highly recommend using them for your electrification needs!

Contacted Evan for a garage heater through the roof vent. I told him I had the parts, he saw what I had and went and bought something. Way better. He only charged $100 more. Will call them again!!

Evan is the best! From our first interaction to the last, he felt genuine, honest, and very direct as to what can/can't be done. He and his team practically redid our entire HVAC system (swapping to a heat pump), installed more registers/ducts, and brought our dated system up to code. Before we would have drastic temperature differences between rooms, but now everything is balanced & comfortable + our energy usage has been reduced since we are maximizing our units. He'll always be the first person I call. I could not recommend him enough!
