After we bought our house, we decided to remodel our kitchen. Since we knew Rob, we asked him about installing our cabinets. He did a wonderful job! I would recommend him!

It is not often that you encounter a contractor or company that is willing to tell you "I don't do that, but let me find someone who does." RMC Home Services is an excellent company operated by a professional and honest man. We needed exterior and interior damage on a wall repaired. Rob was straightforward in that he could not do the exterior work, but also offered to put us in touch with someone who did exterior work if we did not decide to go with a company that could do both.
After we decided we'd use RMC, we were able to schedule the work quickly, and he was prompt to meet that schedule. He made sure I understood the process as it was going, and was careful about minimizing the impact of the work the environment of the rest of the home.
The end result of the work looks great, and he made it clear that if we discovered some issue we should let him know and he would work with us to resolve it, but there were no issues. Very pleased with the service we received.

08/2018 Rob has done excellent work for us - from remodeling to plumbing and a variety of other tasks. Above all of that, he is a man of integrity and fair in his rates, which in these days, is difficult to find. Will definitely use him in the future!!

So happy with the service I received from this company. They were very prompt and professional, and I really appreciated the fact that they came out so quickly to handle my problem.

I had them install a new furnace at my rental property. Just crossing my fingers that it was installed correctly, they never answered my calls after leaving a message 3x looking for the permit that they promised to pull.

Called this company at the beginning of the week to get my A/C fixed. Had a appointment set up for today 9 to 12, 3hr window. 12:45 and no phone call or show up. I call 3 times to find out what's going on. Manger was supposed to call and took the 3rd call to find out that person got held up. 2:00 pm and they don't want to make things right. Couldn't even get a courtesy call or anything. Very unprofessional....

SHADY BUSINESS - BEWARE AND AVOID!

To begin with, this business doesn't even exist at this address. Go ahead, drive over there. IT ISN'T THERE. This isn't a local heating and air conditioning company, when you pay your bill it goes to Best GDC LLC. When you call and ask to talk to the owner, they say that they cannot do that. You ask who the owner is, and they tell you that they cannot say.

When I needed a response from the supervisor, Brady, of the person who installed my furnace 2 years ago the answering service would only tell me that they would "let them know and they will be in touch". "What happens when you have an issue with Brady and he stops responding?" I asked. They could only say that they would send another message to "the supervisor".

Rewind to 2 years ago. Brady responded quickly after I called what I *thought* was a local repair company near my home. He showed up quickly and sold me a new unit to replace my nearly 30 year old furnace. Initially I was pleased with the installation and service.

Fast forward to last week. After the furnace stopped functioning properly I called this company and they put the request into Brady to have him reach out. I promptly got a text asking about the issue. I asked for him to come to my home to look at it so we can talk about it. He refused to do that and said he would talk with me on the phone the next day. I have texted him multiple times since then and he has STOPPED RESPONDING.

Without service from Brady or the phone number in this Google listing, I called another company to come have a look at the system since my house was cold since it was winter and the furnace wasn't running.

Long story short : the furnace was improperly installed by Brady's crew. It needed to be installed at a pitch to allow water to drain from the unit when it runs. Without that pitch, water backs up into the unit and triggers a switch to not allow it to turn on.

On top of that? THESE GUYS NEVER REGISTERED MY FURNACE. So I don't have the option for taking advantage of the manufacturer warranty.

On the subject of warranties, in order for them to be taken advantage of, the unit needs to be serviced seasonally. Something you would have thought the company that sold me the furnace would have informed me of. But that would have required Brady to have been more interested in the quality and longevity of the furnace instead of the quick cash up front before he disappears behind their answering service.

AVOID THIS COMPANY

I am so thrilled that I decided to go with Wadsworth for the installation of a new furnace and AC. From the initial quoting process, through to the installation the team were considerate, dedicated and a delight to work with. After that, the customer service made sure that all the paperwork was done properly in order for us to get our incentive rebate. Awesome.
