Scott is a true expert in his field and generously took the time with me to walk my property and point out any potential red flags. I’m dealing with a frustratingly overwhelming moisture issue and he helped me diagnose the potential points of entry for the water. I feel much more confident now knowing it’s not a foundation issue but rather something else could be the culprit. He recommended a general contractor experienced in this type of work that I’ll be calling to help fix the issues, hopefully once and for all. Kenny and everyone I interfaced with at straight line were very professional. Scheduling and communications were good for the most part, although there was a slight glitch scheduling the concrete pour through a sub contractor. It was not a big deal, though. I am not an expert in concrete or foundation repair, but the job looks great and I trust that they did a good job. Highly recommended!

Scott was very informative and answered every questioned I had, even those not necessarily related to the structural integrity of our home. He's very knowledgeable in all aspects of general contracting and gave me references for other companies to reach out to, to help fix other problems/ projects that his company doesn't do. Will definitely hire him again for future inspections and remodeling. Very happy with the information and help he provided.

Our experience was great. The work on our project was completed in about 2 days originally scheduled for 4 days. The crew that worked on our foundation were very professional and explained each situation in detail. John kept us informed with pictures as well. He discovered another problem and we have contacted Kenny Hatch to get that taken care of as well. Can definitely recommend this company.

I contacted Ram Jack to assist with my foundation corner walls blowing out as well as a significant crack in the concrete slab across one of the bedroom floors. Brian walked me through the entire process from scheduling Nathan to take the engineering data pont survey to David and his crew professionally completing the work. At all times any contact with Ram Jack personel were professional and courteous. All work was completed expediously and appear to be top quality. This was my second experience with Ram Jack. The first was a consultation on a different house that required no work. Honest company with no sales pressures. Highly recommend them.

Much to my surprise and relief, the Helical Process was seamless, quick, within estimated budget and did not disturb my life style. The work crew were very polite, professional and clean. Kevin Messmer's analysis, estimate, facilitation and guidance were invaluable, and he and the team put the repair together without any extra effort on my part. For example, he brought in an engineer, obtained needed permits, contacted Excel and others, and recommended landscape strategies to maintain Ram Jack's improvement. Lauren, Tami and other office staff were efficient, easily reached, friendly and excellent catalysts. I would recommend Ram Jack to other people who need this service.

Great work from Ram Jack of CO! We moved into our first home and I was really worried about our foundation but the team at Ram Jack were very helpful and knowledgeable about the different options to fix it and keep it that way (We got a vapor barrier put into our crawl space with them). From the evaluation, to the final inspection, everyone was professional and kind. I highly reccomend them to everyone!

Met this morning with Scott to discuss a crack in the foundation wall. Scott spent the time with me to review the situation both inside and outside. He was very receptive to questions and very thorough in his answers. While the news wasn't all positive, he offered a number of options on how best to proceed. Very grateful.

I had a great experience with Ram Jack. We had front porch steps that were pulling away from the porch, and cracks in the porch. Ram Jack was responsive to come out quickly and give me a fair quote and was able to schedule me for about 3 weeks out. They did call with an opening before then. They did the work in less than three hours and were professional and answered all my additional questions when they arrived. I would use them for future jobs and recommend them.

I was truly impressed by Ram Jack and the foundation work they did for my home. Scott put together a thorough plan to stabilize our foundation that aligned well with our engineer’s guidance. We called Ram Jack after noticing a couple of interior cracks in our 1890’s home. Scott came out, did a thorough inspection, then used some kind of high tech device to take measurements of our floors. Scott thoroughly explained why we did not need foundation repair. It was nice; he didn’t try to sell us something we didn’t need. I’d highly recommend Ram Jack!

Mid-project review to say that Xavier and his crew were great! With a loud project that disrupted our family with two kiddos under five, he was courteous, considerate, and kept us up to date patiently. He and his crew kept our yard clean of trash and let us know when they came and went. If you decide to use RamJack in Denver, I highly recommend asking for Xavier as a foreman.

Xavier and his crew were excellent. He communicated with us throughout the job. He also communicated with the engineer when there was a question. Their work was done as proposed and they did a great job mitigating the dust. Xavier was intent on making sure things where up to our expectation.

Ram Jack was quick to respond to my inquiry regarding foundation repair services, and they called to schedule an appointment within an hour of my online request. Tim Mavis came out and inspected my property as scheduled. He was very thorough and informative and explained the whole process. Tim was excellent to work with and followed up after the initial inspection with recommended next steps. After my floor-level survey was complete, Tim came back and explained all the findings, and I was delighted that no repairs were needed at this time. Ram Jack will be the first company I call for all of my future foundation concerns; they are really top notch professionals.

All the Ram Jack personnel we dealt with were polite, professional and competent (as far as I can tell - I'm not familiar with this kind of work). They were punctual and thorough. The repair crew foreman, Ryan, was great at keeping in touch with the independent structural engineer throughout the project. He also had good respect for safety - I overheard him briefing the crew and he always set a good example. All four of the men on the crew worked very hard. I have confidence in the Ram Jack guarantee and the way it is funded through a trust. I also appreciate their contract which is clear and understandable and the way they do business. Special promotional discounts don't seem appropriate for this kind of work.
