Scott came by to give me an estimate for the work. He was very thorough & professional. Scott was available with any questions I had and followed up with the job. Everyone at Ram Jack was very involved in the project. I was called a cpl of times to confirm the date of the job. Josh & his crew arrived and did a great job with the work. Cleaned up after everything. I appreciated everyone there & their kindness & professionalism was much appreciated. I recommended Ram Jack to a few of my neighbors.

Upon seeing a crack on a wall leading to my basement, I contacted and hired a structural engineer The engineer recommended seven helical piers to stabilize the foundation of my home. We discussed companies capable of doing the work and providing a life-time and transferable warranty. I chose Ram Jack of Colorado. I am so grateful I did. I honestly could not imagine what was involved in the actual work. Xavier Garcia, foreman, and Logan Rogers, co-foreman, at each step of the process explained what would happening, how it would happen, the reasons why the work was being done, how it was being done and how long each step would take. They kept me advised through each step. As each step was completed, they advised and showed me what was done and why. They were friendly, professional, transparent and easy to speak with -- no question I had was too much. They were respectful of the fact I work from home, conscientious about protecting all parts of the property they worked on, and made sure I was satisfied all through the process. Xavier's and Logan's manner, knowledge, and direction of other workers and their willingness to listen to me and explain the process gave me tremendous confidence in the work and the company. They left the work area completely clean and ready for landscaping. It was, at least to me, a big job and it was indeed scary for me. Xavier and Logan put me me at ease throughout and now I feel good -- confident my house will not suffer damage. No worries. No nightmares. Thank you.

I'd highly recommend this company; they did a superior job raising my foundation that had settled about 2 to 5.2 inches down. The concrete work is great, and the workers that did the foundation work did a quality job. Brandon, the leader of the workers that were here everyday was a master at his job. I'm glad I had this company do the work over the others that bid on this.

My real estate agent referred me to Rob with Ram Jack to inspect water intrusion in my basement. He was able to work me in his schedule last minute on a Friday Afternoon. After his inspection, he advised it was a landscaping issue and the grade in the backyard was up on my siding. I appreciate his professionalism and honesty. Should I need foundation or water proofing issues in the future I will definitely reach out to Rob with Ram Jack and will refer friends to him as well.

Ram Jack lifted my garage foundation and the interior slab. They did a great job. I got estimates from three recommended firms. The estimator from Ram Jack was thorough and informative. The work crew were professional and easy to work with. Every facet of the project was clearly explained and I believe they made all the right choices. I hope to never have to contract foundation work again, but if I did I would work with Ram Jack.

Ram Jack did a great job with installing 5 helical piers to stabilize my front porch which had started to settle. Scott, James, and the whole crew were thorough and made sure I understood everything. They were able to finish earlier than expected and put the dirt and even saved the mulch and put it back as well. I avoided some unnecessary costs by using Ram Jack and was able to get the work done quickly. Not the most fun thing to have to spend money on, but I feel confident that it will do the job.

After being quoted 25k by a competitor that showed me photos of someone else's cracked foundation, Kevin was referred to me by my landscaper. Kevin was honest and recommended simply a crawlspace capsulation for 3k. Alexis and Sebastian just completed the job and they did an incredible job. I'd certainly recommend!

Ram Jack of Colorado performed leveling and stability work on my basement slab and did an excellent job. Their sales representative, Kevin, was knowledgeable and very responsive to my questions, they did a great job estimating unit prices which resulted in bringing the project in on budget. This was no small task considering most of the work dealt with hidden conditions and was our biggest risk. The field crew, headed by Brandon, was always on time, consistent in performing the work and courteous. I hope we never have to do this again but if we do, I know I have a partner and trusted resource to call upon.

I have used Straight Line many times for concrete pump jacking and Kevin, Adam and the rest of the SLC team are unparalleled in this industry! It has been a pleasure to work with these folks again recently and I look forward to doing many more projects with them in the future!

Kevin did an outstanding job of surveying the house and showing what had to be done. the work crew did a fast, excellent job without causing any problems. Kevin had said that I had to buy the covers, but when I said to the work boss that I now would go to Lowes for the covers, he told me they were specialty items that I could only get at Santa Fe. I called santa fe and learned there were three offices. when I got the right office I learned there were different sizes. so I called Kevin for the size and he later emailed the right size. I went to Santa Fe for the covers and learned there were two different styles and that they were out-of-stock on one, so I could not inspect and choose the style. I am now waiting till next week, when they get in a shipment, to choose the style and buy them.
why, at set-up, don't you explain all this and even have pictures of the different styles? then the customer could select the style and you would buy them along with the well inserts. it would save the customer a lot of bother and delay.

I am writing this review to warn others that, in my experience and opinion, Ramjack is dishonest and their workmanship is subpar.

My wife and I hired RamJack in 2023 to repair the foundation wall of our new home using the carbon fiber straps they recommended. However, on their first day on the job, Ramjack’s employees installed the straps horizontally, not vertically as their own designs had specified. Carbon fiber straps only work when applied vertically, and this mix up shows a lack of knowledge that is alarming from a company that claims to be a team of “Foundation Repair Experts.” I had to catch this error and follow up with the workers to get them to correct this fault in their work.

But the problems didn’t end there. When I went to refinish the basement a year and a half later, we found that despite Ramjack’s work, the center of the wall had shifted further in. After looking closer, I found that even on the second attempt, Ramjack’s employees still failed to install the carbon fiber straps effectively. Every bracket strap was loose, a few/couple were disconnected entirely, and the workers had pulled insulation in front of their own shoddy craftsmanship to conceal this unfinished work from us.

It is our belief and opinion that Ramjack’s workers decided not to complete the job to save time after initially installing the fiber straps incorrectly. Due to their deceit, we now have to pursue more extensive, and much more expensive foundation repair solutions.

We reached out to Ramjack to try to get this resolved, and their “solution” was to offer that, if we pay them $14,000 more for a new job, they will give us a discount on follow-up work as a concession for the previous issues.

If you are facing foundation concerns and looking for real, lasting solutions, do yourself a favor and steer clear of Ramjack. Their dishonesty, poor craftsmanship, and abysmal customer support are way below any semblance of professionalism.

We hired Ram Jack/Straight Line Const. to raise the floor in our garage and driveway. Scott said it would be cheaper than pouring a new slab. They could only raise the floor in one corner and cracked the remaining slabs in several places. They did not perform the work that was promised and ruined the concrete in the areas that they attempted to fix. If they would have saw cut the seams beforehand it would have made all the difference in the world. I refuse to pay the final payment until they come out and fix this mess. They said they will not do so. I would not recommend this process to anyone. Do it right the first time and get a contractor to pour a new slab.

Today we had repairs done on a section of our garage stem wall and a section of the garage floor. This included removing rocks and dirt along the outside and excavating about 2’. When they were finished, didn’t look like they removed anything. Brandon, Aaron and the rest of the crew were great to work with. If needed again, I will be calling RamJack and requesting the same crew.

I worked with Scott Widick for the quoting process and Brandon and his crew performed the work. We had to replace a support column in our basement. Scott was really thorough during the quoting and took the time to walk around the outside of our house to point out additional area that could use our attention. Brandon and his crew were friendly, showed up on time, and completed the work faster than I expected. They left the area clean and took the time to walk through the work to be done both before and once the job was complete.

The whole process felt as though it went smoothly, the company as a whole was responsive, and I would definitely use them again.

I am very happy with the new stairs and driveway which Ram Jack did for me . A good company to have work which is needed around your home.

Major foundation work needed on my condo. The Ram Jack crew did a thorough and professional job. The process was explained to me completely and a lot of care was taken to measure, engineering review, marking all utility lines, and permits prior to work being started. The crew used plastic to minimize messes and were careful and considerate during work. They finished 2 days ahead of schedule and completely cleaned the work area replaced fencing etc. Drilling was done by hand in areas near water or gas lines. Brandon was crew leader and he made sure to check the home completely with a level and verify all doors and windows opened correctly. My side door can finally open after 2 years of being stuck! They even made me a temporary railing for safety getting in and out of the home. Really happy and relieved with this work.

We had a basement slab that appeared to have dropped approximately 2 inches under a laminate floor. We had also noticed further movement in the two years since we purchased the home. We called Ram Jack out to evaluate and provide a quote. Kevin Messmer thoroughly evaluated the situation and provided a few options for repairs. After receiving a couple of quotes, we decided to go with Ram Jack in part because of their superior warranty and Kevin's understanding of the issues. After the job was booked, I removed the laminate flooring to discover the prior homeowner had cosmetically lifted the laminate floor and that the slab had actually dropped around 3-4 inches. Ram Jack was able to nearly level the floor again. The guys were done in just a couple of hours and cleaned everything up as they found it. They did not leave until they verified we were satisfied with the work. A big thanks to Kevin and the Ram Jack team for doing an excellent job for us.
