We highly recommend them to anyone who wants an honest answer as they are not a company who is out there to sell and fabricate more than what is going on.

Scott was professional, knowledgeable, and able to explain simply all the issues regarding my home. I was so worried about the water damage to my home! After meeting with Scott, I felt
confident that my home could be repaired . He even noticed a slight gas leak at my outside meter and instructed me on how to

I Contacted three different foundation repair companies before finding Ramjack. It wasn’t until I met Scott Widick, that I knew I found the right company to put my trust in. He was extremely helpful Explaining the process and not using any sort of fear sales tactics like the other companies were trying to use. He was very respectful to someone like myself who knew absolutely nothing about foundation repair process . The crew Foreman was also wonderful.

Kevin M is awesome. We needed our front porch replaced and I hired RamJack for the job. Unfortunately we had some issues after it was installed and I called Kevin for help. He showed up the next day, identified the issue, and offered an acceptable solution. Exactly what I expected from an outstanding company like this. Highly recommend

I hired RamJack to demo and repour my front porch and walkway area. The old stoop and stairs were hollow underneath and started to fall down. I spent a lot of time, too much time really, getting several quotes for the job. Some came in higher, some lower, some never responded. Some gave me opposite information. It was a little overwhelming, especially when concrete is not your personal expertise.

I ended up going back to RamJack, who was my original first call. Kevin's honesty, expertise, and not being pushy approach is what got me to go back and choose him. He came out a couple different times, before I actually hired him, to respond to questions that came up as I was receiving other quotes, and all with a smile. He spent time educating me on all the options so I could make the best decision. He even called his engineer and verified a few concerns I had. He was never pushy, nor did he talk poorly about the other companies I had contacted. He remained professional with the focus on providing me with all the details, particulars, and possible outcomes, so I could make an informed decision. The best decision was to go with him, and I'm so happy I did!

The crew came out as expected, were very professional, and did a great job overall. I was impressed by their speed, knowledge, accuracy, and skill. They made sure to clean up at the end of each day and didn't get irritated at my questions. They knew exactly what to do, how to do it, measured everything at least twice, and really worked together as a team. There was no infighting or snarky looks at each other; just a great group of guys wanting to work hard together. That was nice to see.

After the concrete had cured, they came back out and sealed it. I am so happy with the result. As you can see by the pictures, I made the landing much bigger and terraced the stairs. It looks beautiful. I couldn't be more pleased. I love having my Christmas decorations out there, all spread out. I love the stairs, I love it all.

We contracted Ram Jack 10 years ago to fill an enormous void under our garage. They were great to work with and we’ve had no issues under or around the garage since. So, this past summer when it was finally time to address the large void under the back stoop, it was a no brainer. But it was such a small job I wasn’t sure if it would be worth anyone’s time or how cost effective it would be for us. Scott Widick walked the property and came up with a solid plan that included lifting the back sidewalk and the driveway which had a portion on the edge that I didn’t even think would be possible. Adam was our one-man crew who worked his tail off and did a beautiful job. I was shocked as to how well he was able to even-out the driveway, especially the edge that had sunk so much. Both Scott & Adam were pleasant, professional and I appreciate how well they communicated with me. Very happy with the work, I highly recommend!

Ram Jack has completed three projects for me, and I’ve had a great experience each time. Their estimates were always detailed, clear, and well prepared, which gave me confidence before the work even started. The projects were completed on schedule, and they successfully resolved all of my concrete issues.

The first project was stabilizing my driveway, the second was lifting and repairing a garage slab that had settled, and the third was correcting a section of my basement slab that had sunk. In all three cases, the results were excellent.

I highly recommend Ram Jack for anyone dealing with foundation or concrete settlement problems.

I hired Ram Jack to raise the slab in three rooms in my basement which has sunk the last couple of years. The polyurethane foam injection services were ineffective for more than half the project where there were no or only partial improvements made.
There were no indications with Scott in the Sales process that this was a possible outcome or I wouldn't have proceeded with a $3,500+ project. On the opposite, he was pushing for a larger scope of project for an even greater portion of the basement (which would have required ripping up hardwood flooring which I was not prepared to do at the time).
They ended up having to come out twice - because there was a problem with the foam the first time. That means I had to clean up after the crew twice - they cement dust (hazardous) from drilling into the concrete. The first time they didn't clean at all bc they knew they had to come back another day and I guess they assumed we don't use the basement (where I keep my gym). The second time they did some sweeping of said cement dust which removed some of it but left a layer everywhere (including a picture of how dirty the cleaning pads were). They also left me with some spray of the foam on a mirror which was not easy to clean up.
I hired them to raise the concrete in three rooms. In two of the rooms they were able to lift one side of the room, but not the other. In the third room there was virtually no effect. This was a waste of money.
I am giving a 2-star rating because the crew they dispatched were good friendly guys that communicated well with me. If there were potential barriers to the success of the services on my project, I wish they'd been up front with me in the Sales process. I didn't have success getting things rectified after the work was performed despite reaching out.
Comparatively I have used LiftTech in the past for the same services and have had much better success with them.

**updating review after business response to say that I dispute that the sales person clearly outlined that the effectiveness of the repairs would be in question due to prior mudjacking. That wasn't true. If anything they were pushing for more coverage and more expensive repairs (helical piers) and giving me no doubts about moving forward. Ironically, the parts of the flooring that had prior mudjacking done were where we had the best results! It was the parts that had never been mudjacked and without cracks in the basement slab that we had the poorest performance. Anyone reading this should ask better questions than I did.
