I had a great experience with Eden Tree Care. Justin was responsive to my request and spent time with me reviewing the health and needs of my overgrown trees. He supplied a detailed and reasonably-priced quote and quickly scheduled the work. Danny and the crew were fantastic. Our trees look great, are healthy, and our entire yard is now full of pleasantly balanced tree growth and light. This is a professional operation that I will continue to recommend to my neighbors.

Eden Tree did a great job on removing a dead aspen, trimming a city owned apple tree and even removed a dead branch on a tree for me. They even did some extra trimming on the apple tree to get the branches higher over the driveway. I would recommend them to anyone as their prices were reasonable, Justin gave a professional and quick estimate and the results are pleasing to the eyes!

The Eden Tree Care team was incredible to work with! First, their prices were fair and competitive. They follow up their competitive pricing with outstanding customer service. They were timely with their estimates; they were honest about when the work could begin and then did an outstanding job. My trees look amazing! I have already told them I'll be in touch the next time they need trimmed. I highly recommend them!

We bought our home two years ago and have two massive maple trees that have shedded a lot of large branches with late season snows the past two years, which have come close to damaging our home both years. It’s pretty clear we were overdue for a trimming & pruning, so we called my friend Charles to do the work for us. The results are great, and we’re no longer concerned about a large branch falling and damaging our home with a heavy wet snow this year. Before & after pics below!

There's a reason why these guys are rated so highly. They deserve it. Had 5 large Ash trees pruned today. They did a great job and cleaned up nicely. Their price was reasonable and competitive. Will definitely use them again and recommend to neighbors.

Team did an amazing job! The scheduling was easy and everyone arrived on time. There was a big crew that knocked out the work in one day. They cleaned up the yard when they finished and everything looks great!!

Charles took care of removing some dead trees for us and also trimmed up some others to keep them healthy. He did a great job clearing the reminents, was very affordable (and I got other estimates), and is very professional. He also gave us tips on care for our other trees. Definitely recommend him!

We have used Eden Tree Care thriee times in the last several years. This last time was to remove a large Austrian pine. They are prompt, professional and reasonably priced. We would not hesitate to utilize their services again.

James and his crew did a great job removing a large silver maple tree from my back yard and also cable braced a large crab tree in the front yard. They communicated with me the whole time and cleaned things up well. They were careful so as to minimize property damage, and as a healthcare provider, I appreciated each of them wearing their own personal protective equipment to remain safe and injury free. Appreciate arborist Charles’ thoughtful consult leading up to the work. They were great with scheduling and showed up on time. Would highly recommend Eden Tree Care services.

Rich and his crew did a great job removing two huge trees from my property. They had to come back for further stump/root removal after we dug up the yard. They did so without any hesitation or charge. Great company and I would use them again

We had a wonderful experience with Tucker and a couple other gentlemen from Richi’s Tree Service today. They were on time and worked hard until the job was done. They removed multiple dead aspen trees from our yard and trimmed up the two ash trees that we have, including removing a couple large limbs off the trees. They also cleaned up very well afterwards…it’s like they were never here, except the trees look so much nicer now!

Revised May 12th 2021:

After posting my review, Jason called me in order to rectify the issue. It was raining on the day that we had scheduled the appointment, and they had assumed that I wouldn't want to walk around the property in the weather. I do wish that this had been communicated to me, but we agreed to reschedule the following day (today).

Rich, the owner of the company came personally to walk through the property and give me a quote. He was 5 minutes early to our schedule appointment, which I also felt was a testament to the owner wanting to make sure his company is one that customers will trust and refer to others.

Ultimately I ended the afternoon with the quality information about the health of my trees and a competitive estimate, the things I was looking for when scheduling the appointment. I haven't yet decided what company to go with, but Richi's is back in the running thanks to the experience I had with Rich today.

I can't speak to the quality of the services rendered as we couldn't even have anyone to show up for an estimate.

I read the reviews for Richis Tree Service but felt that the complaints of functionality and reliability were outdated and I'd give them a shot. Instead, I wasted my time and took time away from other responsibilities to be available for a company that didn't show - TWICE.

I spoke with Jason to schedule the first appointment late last week. When no one showed yesterday I called again to find out what happened and spoke with Jason a second time. He had no record of the original appointment despite me having spoke to him directly. Things happen, I get it and I just want the 7 trees on my property trimmed and cared for after not being maintained by previous owners so we rescheduled. Another day of waiting for an appointment window to have no one show again. I didn't call to follow up a second time, but I have no intention of begging a company for services.

These guys were so professional it was a breath of fresh air! They arrived on time, their bid and final job was spot-on with no surprises. Loved how they took photos of the proposed job and trees to remove or trim. Day of the job their crew leader showed me the photo copies they had and walked me through to make sure their plan was same as mine, you bet it was.

Bottom line is I will use Richis again for a number of reasons. These guys and their management are total pros. Happy customer!!

I would look elsewhere for tree service, Richis came out and gave me an estimate and scheduled a date to do the work, I called them the day work was scheduled and Richis told me they would be there in about one hour, they never showed up. Now doesn’t return messages, very poor customer service and has wasted a lot of my time.

Update!!!! Really you waited three years to respond to my review. Where have you been all that time just like the day you were supposed to come actually do the work you told me you would be there in one hour, one hour, so I took off work and you never showed up to do the job and would not answer the phone or return the messages I left for you until now, avoid this company by all means bad business.
