I was offered a complete landscape design for $1000. After a short discussion of the project, the rep offered a reduced design fee, considering the scale of my request. I was only looking for an estimate for a retaining wall along one property line, rather than a curb to curb redesign of the property. The rep explained it would be something I could keep and present to other firms to work off of. They mentioned that the design cost would be incorporated into the potential contract cost's BUT that the start time was projected out by 2-3 months from the end of May. This was too long for my preferences. They seem to have more than enough work to carry them up to fall. Good on them ! :)

I was greatful for the rep's time and effort to meet but, I was simply seeking a rough estimate for the materials, permit(s), labor cost and a sooner start time than the end of summer. The rep was prompt for or appointment, informative of the company, it's products that are offered, accreditations, and polite in person. I understand a full design takes a lot of scaled design work, but I was only hoping to get a ROUGH ESTIMATE, rather than a full plan at any cost.

Personaly, I will reconsider and recommend Aspen Falls for work in the future, considering their work costs and starting time frame.

We had a great experience using Aspen Falls to landscape our backyard. Crew was kind, courteous, punctual and patient. Myles was also very easy to work with.

Aspen Falls landscaped my backyard 4 years ago. They did a ton of work as we have a large yard and our home was new construction with no existing landscape. Part of the design included an outdoor gas fireplace and a gas line to reach the gas bbq grill. Aspen Falls contracted out the work for installing the gas line. Two days ago we discovered the gas line they installed was leaking and was not installed correctly to begin with. Our sprinkler winterize smelled the gas when blowing the sprinklers out and black hills energy confirmed the leak and turned out gas off until a plumber could make repairs/replacements as needed. The plumber stated that the exterior pipe work was not done properly and he had to replace some of it and repair some of it. I contacted Aspen falls asking to speak with the owner. A woman called me back the day after I left my message and was quite rude, not willing to cover the gas line repair costs and ultimately said she looked forward to seeing me in court. I’m very disappointed in the response and complete lack of concern for my family. Leaking gas is a serious problem and we are just lucky that it was discovered before any serious harm occurred.

I used Aspen Falls Custom Design and Landscape for a total redo of my backyard and I was very pleased with the results. My yard looks beautiful and the project was completed ahead of schedule. All of the landscapers were professional and hard workers. I highly recommend this company!

We had our design work done by a landscape architect, and the coordination between her, Myles, and my wife and I was outstanding. Aspen Falls just completed our landscaping at our new home in Parker and they were incredible! I have been in construction for 20 years and they are one of the best companies I have ever worked with. Kim created our design and Drew and his crew installed the design, including a large water feature. We are not only thrilled with the results but we also had a very positive experience throughout the entire process. Don't hesitate to hire this company, they are the real deal!

May 2026 Josia, you have the best employee ever, Omar. He just finished at my house. He aerated the lawn and got my automatic sprinkling system all set.
He does such a GREAT job and on top of that, explains everything to me and has such a cheerful attitude with a Great smile!!!

Aug 2025: Aspenwood Landscape rerouted an underground drainpipe that was not draining correctly and water was creating a skating rink of ice leading to my front porch in winer months. I was not at home the day of the work and they sent me 2 videos showing and explaining what they did. I so appreciated being able to see what was done and it gave me a great understanding of how it was fixed.

Very good communication and ideas for the landscape! Customer service was top notch!
