REFUSED TO RETURN $2,000 DEPOSIT AFTER DELAYING START FOR OVER 3 MONTHS. They took our $2,000 deposit in April of 2024. Told us the job would be done in June, then July, then August. We cancelled the job in the last few days of August 2024 when they still hadn't planned a start date with us. They refused to return our deposit - stating they had already purchased materials, which was strange, considering we hadn't even chosen our materials yet. AVOID.

We also found their prices to be quite high after we had to shop around more to find a new company, after they kept pushing us off.

The quality of their craftsmanship is excellent. I really like my paver patio, patio roof extension, and the organic layout of the backyard.

From the initial sales process to final completion of my project, Aspenwood Landscape has proven to be a competent and trustworthy partner in addressing my landscaping needs.

I hired Aspenwood to tear out and replace 4300 square feet of sod. Josiah came out to quote the job and his pricing was competitive. He was also successful in convincing me to consider a new strain of rhizomatous tall fescue over blue grass, with the former being resistant to drought and requiring less water to maintain. It looks great!

His crew worked extremely hard and paid attention to detail while completing the project. Aspenwood had the right equipment to do an excellent job in soil prep, which included adding 15 tons of soil treatment. At the completion of the project, Omar (their crew chief) was meticulous in adjusting the sprinkler heads to their original state.

Aspenwood Landscape is involved in other forms of landscaping, and I will be using them again in the future.

Josiah and their team truly exceeded my expectations! Their knowledge of landscape design and hardscaping techniques transformed my outdoor space into something both elegant and functional.

I was inclined to not review at all since we paid the invoice in full but since Josiah at Apsenwood Landscape decided to make up a strange story I will throw in my review and show photos of their "Beautiful Job". These are photos from today.

From Josiah's own email he sent us when I asked about some of the issues after not receiving a final walk through.

"our company tries to push our clients to do pavers which comes with a 3 year warranty. Concrete is a more affordable option than pavers so we have to offer this inferior product when pavers or flagstone is out of the budget"

So just to point out he never offered a quote or mentioned pavers but its clear there are some issues with the patio and for the $8800 we spent I was just excpecting a little more attention to detail. It is was it is.

They put in a walkway porch and flower gardens. Their care to detail their follow up is the best. They did what a client would want and really cared about the outcome. After having a lot of different companies doing work for us over the years the ARE the best we have ever had. Use them you won't be disappointed.

Marc and his team handled our backyard landscaping, and everything looks fantastic. And when we needed to replace a couple of stressed plants, it was no problem at all. Would definitely do business with him again.

Outstanding experience... Mark and team developed a great landscape plan, worked within our budget, showed up when they said they would and finished the project on time! The end result looks fantastic and has been a great addition to our property!

Marc was 30 minutes late to the initial assessment despite repeated confirmations of the location and directions provided.

After we provided our initial deposit, Marc sent an MSPaint image that was supposed to be our "design" which incorporated several elements that had already been rejected verbally and in writing.

We then took the time to locate reference images that better aligned with our desires and sent them over.

Two *days* of silence from Marc and a followup call from his assistant, we were then informed they didn't have the time to do the project they'd already taken a deposit for.

I do not appreciate having so much of my time wasted.

We have been thrilled with the quality of the work A Perfect Landscape did at our home in Cherry Creek North...everything a year later looks as they said it would. Stone patio, built in gas grill and a bunch of landscaping. Shane in particular is fantastic to work with!

A great company to work with. The one thing I’ve learned from home ownership, you get what you pay for! Are these guys the cheapest, nope. Are they the most expensive, nope.. but they also gave me precisely what I wanted, in the budget I expected. If you’re looking for good, honest, beautiful designs and work, you cannot go wrong with Marc and Scot. Complete scrap and redo of the front yard with a gorgeous retaining wall. We’re the envy of the block and you can see neighbors trying to do cheaper copies. I’m still working with them on some plants that didn’t come back but so far my experience has been prompt and nearly ideal responsiveness. Call them and talk about what you’re hoping to accomplish!!!

A Perfect Landscape installed our new patio (pavers) and did an outstanding job. My wife and I felt like we were working with professionals that knew what they were doing throughout the entire process. We will definitely be recommending.

It's now three years since the guys at A Perfect Landscape revised our front and side yard landscaping and installed raised planters. Everything turned out beautifully and we couldn't be more pleased. It took a little longer than we expected but there were weather and scheduling issues and we were inexperienced at the process. We strongly recommend them.
