Mark and his team did a great job installing a new AC for me with a humidifier. They are very professional and trustworthy. I had a minor issue, which turned out to be my misunderstanding of how the humidifier should work, but after I reached out to Mark, he same day sent Don to me to make sure everything was working as expected and yes, it was, and still is after two and a half years they did this install. I highly recommend Nordic!

Dan was my technician that came out to respond to my AC not blowing cold air. He was very professional and knew what he was doing. He explained everything that he found and got my unit back up and running. He throughly cleaned my system and he even recommended types of filters to help prevent future occurrences due to the inconvenient installation by a previous company. I highly recommend Nordic to anyone looking for a company to service/fix their AC units.

Mark and Chrissie have been awesome. They installed a split system for us last summer and a new central air unit today. Their cost was a fraction of what the big companies wanted and they even provided us with a portable unit for a week when our old unit died. Plus they moved our appointment up. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

This company is nothing short of amazing! Mark and Chrissy are the best people to work with, not only are they friendly and honest, but they go out of their way to help their customers. Helped my grandma when her furnace went out on an EXTREMELY cold day even though they were very busy, and also helped me when my AC went out and once agian squeezed me in into there extremely busy schedule. I wouldnt go to anyone else for repairs. 10 stars all the way!

Mark (owner) and Don from Nordic Heating and Air came this morning to replace my old hot water heater and installed a beautiful new Rheem 50-gal unit. Mark made sure to explain to me about the new unit and they cleaned everything up when they left. They were very punctual, professional and courteous! I highly recommend calling Nordic Heating and Air for any HVAC work you may need!

It was not your typical sales job. I interviewed 3 companies. Mark's bid was not the cheapest, however I chose him because of his prompness, honesty and professional attitude. He was always easy to talk with.

After a not so pleasant interaction with another company I am so happy we called up Nordic. Dan was knowledgeable, personable and was able to get our furnace working properly again.

Nordic was able to coordinate estimate scheduling via email (surprisingly uncommon with HVAC companies), gave me an estimate for installing an air vent that was in-line with my expectations and substantially less than others I'd gotten, and finished the work two days later with no issues. Dan also let me know that they can do maintenance for heat pumps, so I think I've found my new HVAC company. Would highly recommend.

My husband and I have been using Nordic Heating & AC for at least 5 years and they do such a great job. We have them come out twice a year for our AC and Heater inspection. They have a yearly price which is very reasonable to do these inspections. We have had many employees come out even the owner and they all our great. Chrissy is the admin and she is very thorough and always gets back to you when you call. Today Dan Lode came out for our heater inspection and he was very thorough and found an issue with the capacitor that was losing life and asked if we wanted it changed for a very good price. They keep extra parts in there truck so they have parts on hand if needed so we didn’t have to make another appointment. We went ahead and had him put a new one in. The old capacitor is over 18yrs old so it lasted us a long time. It was the original one when our house was built. I definitely recommend this company and our friends use them now because of our recommendations. They don’t overcharge you or get you to buy a new system. They are a very small business that are very ethical in its practices and not like the big companies that want you to get a new system or nickel and dime you for a simple part replacement. We had issues with the big companies like Plumb-line before and glad we found Nordic Heating & AC. This is the only company we will use.

Greate service! Dan was super knowledgable and friendly. He explained everything that needed to be replaced in our furnace and took the time to test everything and waited for a while after he replaced the parts to make sure everything continued to work properly. Definitely recomend this company, great service, great prices and caring staff. Shout out to also Christi who was very patient and helpful when finding a good time to schedule my appointment.

Last year was the first time that I used Nordic Home Services, recommended by a friend, to service my furnace. Dan spent about 90 minutes on it and truly did a fantastic job. Then it was time this year to check my furnace again, and there was a change. Dan came out again, spent two hours cleaning and checking my furnace, and took a video to show me the damage in my furnace that was not there last year. To fix the problem was $1500 but I opted to get a new furnace, since mine was 24 years old.
A few days later, the furnace was installed and Dan took a lot of time to explain the new thermostat, which I can now control with an app from my phone, and the new furnace. Then he came back the next day, to fix something on my humidifier, which took another hour. Dan is a very hard worker, takes pride in his work, is knowledgeable, professional, personable and funny. I have free service for my furnace now and a company , who I trust does a wonderful job and reliable work. Thanks to Dan.
