Planet air showed up 25min early and just decided to walk into our house, very unprofessional and will never be using them again. Whats the point of setting up a time if you’re not going to hold too it.

The owner came out personally to help with the HVAC unit in my apartment. Super professional and friendly. When the owner assessed everything and determined he couldn't fix the issue same day, he personally brought out a portable AC unit to help keep my wife and toddler comfortable.
