Would like to say thank you again to Dennis for helping with the correct part I needed. The professionals installed my part and AC was up and running again on a 100 degree day.

I want to say this place was good but no this place was excellent! I absolutely love going to HVAC supply stores especially this one the guys here are so nice and super fast they even helped to load the bigger things onto my truck for me. I came here because the usual stores but I go to Johnstone Supply and comfort air we're both out of stock on the specific unit that I needed usually I don't venture out and try new part stores. Usually once you found a good one you don't really need to look around anymore. But this place is worth it whether you have a good supplier already or not I would definitely recommend to anyone in the industry. Not only are they fairly priced but they are also very knowledgeable and can help you find things with little to no information or part number. I am very impressed with their work. The one thing that I would note is they are a little bit hard to find based off of Google directions. Google tries to take you to the middle of the road and then stops you right there but if you just look to the right you should be able to see it through the trees. My favorite thing about driving all the way there was that I realized we have a top golf right here in Centennial I can't believe I never knew that they are definitely in a good part of town if they are neighbors with a Top Golf

Hope this information helps another truck driver: I had a 7:30am appointment on July 31, 2019 however I arrived the evening before my delivery and parked overnight on the road (just be mindful and not block any of the business driveways). They have one dock for delivery and you will have to use the road to back in. Didn't have any trouble backing into the dock because there was no cars parked on the side of the road however if there was cars parked on the road it would of been a challenge backing into the dock. My advice to the next truck driver is to arrive early around 7am before they start parking on the side of the road. Once your backed in, your tractor will be taking up half the road but it's okay the traffic will maneuver around you. Everyone I encountered was nice and professional. They were quick with unloading. I checked in and was backed into the dock by 7am started unloading by 7:15am and was leaving with my paperwork signed by 7:50am . Way to go Geary Pacific, keep up the awesome work. You guys ROCK.

Gary did a great job on some pretty neglected ducts at my latest rental. He was on time, gave me a call when he was on his way, which was helpful because I have dogs. He worked in a timely manner and did a great job.

He also was very responsive to any questions or concerns I had. Even showing me the steps he was doing which was helpful to know. As well as the before and after pictures. Thank you! Feel much better now that I know quality cleaning was done! I can breathe easy, literally ;) appreciate it Gary!

We were referred to AirDuct specialists by our furnace tech. It was a great choice! Jared was thorough, friendly, and professional. He was able to do some quick problem solving to deal with our furnace and ducting setup. We also had him clean our dryer venting, which vents to the roof. That was also a good choice. He climbed on the roof to clean and discovered a non-compliant vent with mesh that was all clogged up with lint - a potential fire hazard. Jared worked about 4 hours straight altogether and provided great value for our money.

I researched several companies to clean the air ducts in our house, and based on their NADCA certification, Better Business Bureau standing and positive reviews, I chose Air Duct specialists. They did not disappoint and did a great job from the intital appointment setup to great communication via text and email to the actual service itself. Our tech, John, was very detailed and thorough, explaining every step of the process. He was also very friendly, courteous and professional. I’m very impressed with this company and would hire again or recommend to anyone.

When we decided to have our air ducts cleaned it was the first time we've done so in a house. We are glad we chose Air Duct Specialists. From making the appointment to meeting our technician, everything was done professionally. JOHN our technician arrived on time, was very personable, knowledgeable and efficient. Customer service is great, I have a daughter that has disabilities where time scheduling is a small window, they worked with me on a time and day. Patrick came out and was great, I would highly recommend him. Did a good job cleaning all the ducts and cleaned up after himself. Was very considerate of my oxygen tubing and told me not to worry about moving it for him, that he will work around it, Not many workers do that now a days. I would highly recommend this company.

We have been experiencing problems with our dryer vent for many years. The dryer vent extends to the rooftop, and the companies we previously invited never climbed to the roof to address the issue. However, Aly from Air Duct Specialists went to the roof several times to ensure the vent was cleaned thoroughly from bottom to top. As a result, our dryer works like new again. Great job, thank you very much!

Recently had the dryer vent cleaned, however, at the bottom of the lint trap holder I noticed there is still a large lint-ball that was not completely removed. Unable to remove it myself I placed a call to Air Duct Specialist, and spoke with Diane, who explained that “cleaning the space under the lint trap holder” is NOT part of their service, as they clean vents, not the space under the lint trap holder. Unfortunately, now I am back to square one, which is why I reached out to Air Duct Specialist in the first place. The lint trap holder doesn’t fit properly due to the lint-ball underneath it “PS - I was able to get pictures to show the amount of lint still in place”! Lint, cannot filter into the vent hose properly if blocked or clogged by a giant lint-ball. This is a potential fire hazard in the making. Look elsewhere before hiring this company! Spent almost $245. on a service that was necessary for keeping myself and the others around me safe. Disappointed in the lack of customer care and support after paying the bill.

Ali did an absolutely wonderful job. He was here for hours. We didn't really think our vents were that dirty because the previous owners had never done any construction on the house at all and they were very clean people. But 33 years of dust builds up. It didn't appear that it had ever been done before. Very happy with Ali's work.

John came out to clean the dryer vent. The problem wasn’t so much the vent as the previous installation. John cleaned the vent and took care of our other issue. The service was prompt and John was very helpful!
