We had a leak from our main level toilet that went into the basement. When I called 1st Choice they sent Scott and he was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He educated us on the issue, his suggested fix, and even checked the other toilets in our house to make sure we didn’t run into the same issue elsewhere. My husband and I were very impressed with his thoroughness. Highly recommend Scott and the 1st Choice Plumbing team. We’ve been using them for 6+ years!

Can't recommend these guys enough, specifically Dereck!! He's been really upfront, friendly, and always communicated promptly and well to make sure everything went smoothly! We found a gas leak so the utilities company turned it off in the middle of winter. Dereck found the leak, replaced the water heater at a good price, and a great time! He made sure we were being helped in the middle of a storm this week! Can't saythe same for the utilities company. Anyways, really recommend them and look no further. Contact these guys first!

We had an issue with our furnace not heating in our home. As first time homeowners we did not know what to do and so our realtor recommended 1st Choice Pro Services. The technician they sent out Kolvey was excellent. He was prompt and professional and explained everything about our issue which was a dirty flame sensor as well as told us about signing up for a club care plan and its benefits. We will definitely be using 1st Choice Pro services in the future and will recommend to friends and family

1st Choice Pro Services spent hours trying to salvage a boiler which had been installed by another company [which had incorrectly soldered threads on copper piping making the repair
impossible]. Derek was awesome, and later two of his associates tried as well. First thing the next morning , Brendan [the owner] provided a quote and within a couple of hours 1st Choice started the install on a new system. Within about 24 hours the new boiler was up and running. Please note that Derek, another associate, and Brendan did the install.
All were extremely polite, knowledgeable and professional.
I'll definitely stay with 1st Choice in the present and future.
Being retired military I can definitely recommend this company to

Technician arrived on time and diagnosed issue quickly. When she informed me of the cost of the bad part...I had to pause. She was not willing to negotiate on her very large markup and I was not comfortable being taken to the cleaners. I paid the diagnostic charge, thanked her for her time and ordered the part myself online for a fraction of her price.

After calling several companies for service on a Saturday night 1st Choice was the only one that actually got back to us with availability that wasn’t several days out for an urgent problem. Kolvey came and was very knowledgeable and professional. He was very thorough in testing the unit and ruling out other issues. I will definitely use them again!

Plumbing company okay the guy was pretty cool and helped me but he sent Deepwater to clean up my mold... which the gentlemen that came were very helpful but their receptionist is rude and fiesty I believe works at home cause heard crying so pre occupied and wouldnt let me finish a damn sentence without interruption has now made everything worse luckily the manager stepped in and set it straight. So overall leaving this cause couldn't find their (deepwater) denver location and I think choice plumbing should look into credible referal companies.

I am not the type of person to write bad reviews but we have been severely disappointed with 1st choice and the poor service. We reached out to have a new HVAC system installed in the home we purchased in June. We understood there would be set backs because this is an older home and needed all of the duct work. However, the manager that contacted us and inspected the home told us that this job could be done in 3-4 days no problem. He also told us that the boiler system and base boards could be removed per our request. This job ended up taking them over 2 weeks in the heat of July and is STILL not complete in December. During the duration of the first two weeks of installation, people were not showing up on time, one of the contractors was fired on our property DURING the job time, the work hours went much longer than we were told each day. One of the nights we were told by the manager that air was running so we could bring our little boys back to the house that evening to stay (we had to stay several nights at family’s house), we get to the house and they are still working and NO air is running. It was already late so we tried to stay but my older son ended up getting heat sickness and threw up that night. We ended up leaving again until it was finished. Each day we were told it would definitely be done, and each day it definitely was not. When the AC unit was finally running we were able to come back but they had left huge holes in our walls from install (we had to pay extra for their drywall guy to come and patch), shrapnel metal was left all over my son’s carpet, miscellaneous tools and parts were left throughout our home, the AC unit that had to be installed in my sons closet was PLUGGED INTO HIS WALL—not even hardwired (we are still waiting for someone to come fix this!) and can be turned on and off with his light switch! Months later we have tried contacting them SEVERAL times to get things finished and installed properly. They said they scheduled an electrician to come out today at 10 am and NO ONE showed up. Tried to get answers and they said they can’t even get in touch with their own electrician? On top of all of this, our heat is now not working on our lower level due to poor installation and we have no answers or communication. A guy came out to look at it and said he “reset” something and it just went back to malfunctioning twice. Again, we have two little boys and it’s freezing outside. In the middle of this, we called the city to find out that 1st choice had not even pulled a permit for this work to be done. We are not high maintenance people and truly support small businesses and want to work things out as simply and quietly as we can. But at this point we are considering legal action because nothing is being done. This was a ton of money for us for the worst contractor job I have ever witnessed.

The home was warm despite the AC running nonstop. After adjustments to the fan and thermostat, cooling became consistent.

I noticed weak airflow and called this HVAC crew for assistance. They cleaned the ducts and replaced the dirty filters. Airflow is now much stronger and the house cools faster.

The furnace ignition failed repeatedly. They replaced the worn ignition assembly. It now starts without hesitation. Fast and reliable.

The AC in my home wasn’t cooling evenly. Their team balanced the vents and optimized the system. Now it’s comfortable for everyone.
