I called Best Heating for a second opinion on error codes on a Carrier furnace. Paul was very responsive over the phone which game me confidence that he knew what he was talking about. Both Paul and Mike came the next day during the timeframe they conveyed to me. It didn't take them long to diagnose the problem and they worked quickly to resolve my problems. I would recommend Paul of Best Heating Cooling & Air if you want to deal with hands-on owners who do quality work themselves for a reasonable price.

Best heating and cooling is simply the best. They do an excellent job of taking care of my heating and cooling needs.

This company really is as good as it gets in my experience of owning my home for the past 20+ years.
I'm sure anyone reading this has at some point experienced some frustrating, unsatisfactory services and workmanship.
This is most definitely NOT the case with this company! The technicians are masters of their trade and are highly qualified with sophisticated diagnostic apparatus and skills. They are very responsive, outstanding communicators and get the job done well and timely. They take the time to explain everything and have very been supportive and gone above and beyond to help me navigate through one particularly difficult situation with my warranty company.
I will be using them every year now on for my annual HVAC checkup/routine service and any other HVAC needs. I highly recommend Best Heating Cooling and Air. I have no hesitation in giving them 5 stars + and am completely confident in recommending them to my friends and family.

I had an outstanding experience with Best Heating Cooling & Air. My furnace broke down, and I was left in a bind with cold weather approaching. I called them yesterday, and by today, they were at my house installing a brand-new furnace system! The team was professional, efficient, and made the whole process incredibly easy.

Paul and Michael were able to come out next day after my call. No one else was available for weeks. They ascertained that the AC compressor was defective. They installed a new compressor a day later and installed new parts that were needed also due to their condition.. All is good now in this 100 degree heat. They are knowledgeable and professional and I will definitely use them again.

We woke up to a cold house to find our furnace was no longer working. It is winter and we have pets and children in the house. I called several HVAC service companies. I had to leave messages, I was told one of them would come out in SIX DAYS!

Paul answered the phone, took my information, and gave me a time frame. I accepted. He was here when he said he would be. He diagnosed the problem quickly, found the part, picked it up, and fixed our furnace - all within FOUR HOURS.
