These guys were all business. I was a little skeptical of all of the five star reviews. Sometimes companies will push five star reviews on their customers. But, honestly, these guys came out within an hour, got the parts for the next day and finished rather quickly. Super nice and easy to work with.

Paul and Michael are the best. Professional HVAC technicians/contractors who will come out during an emergency. My wife and I experienced a motor blowing out in our furnace and called other HVAC companies, but they would not respond or come out on the same day. I called Best Heating Cooling and Air and they answered. Paul and Michael came out within 10-15 minutes, looked at the furnace and ac unit, and told us what was really going on; which previous companies did not address properly. I would highly recommend this company!

The communication regarding the price, options, and timing of installation was perfect. The guys showed up as scheduled, and the work was completed in a very short time and professional manner. Thank you!

After I had done lots of research, I called this company for a service call to fix my furnace, that wouldn’t start.
To my great surprise, the technicians came and quickly found out the problem and corrected it. The furnace works at once. Then I received a bill for $90, that’s great.
The technician said they found more problems, and will give me an estimate soon.
.This company is so responsive and reliable, that I will certainly use it in the future.

Amazing all around. I called on a Sunday to have someone check on my mom’s furnace. A technician was able to come out within an hour. The technician solved the problem quickly and at a reasonable price. After the service was complete, the technician called me to share with the work he had done for my mom. Excellent service!! Much appreciated!!

My furnace went out this weekend so I called Best Heating Cooling & Air. They were able to come out and work with me. I ended up having to get a new furnace but they were able to do this the very next day and I couldn't be happier with the install. Everyone was friendly and informative!

Very, very happy with these guys!!! Paul and Michael fixed the initial problem I called them about with my furnace. I then asked them about an unrelated problem I've been having with my A/C. They quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it as best they could for the time being without having to replace the whole A/C unit. My biggest worry was that they would try to upsell me on things I didn't need like a lot of other companies do, and they didn't do that. So thankful to have cool air now and thankful to have go-to people for all my HVAC needs. They are knowledgeable, honest and reliable, and prices are reasonable in comparison with other companies. AC kicked the bucket overnight. I reached out to Best the next morning and they arrived quickly. Took me through all the steps and explained exactly what they needed to do at a fair price. Would highly recommend.

Paul was very responsive and competent. He responded by text to our query on a Saturday night and came by and fixed the problems the next morning. I highly recommend him.

I can't say enough praises about this company. I am a woman living alone and was taken advantage of by another company. The other company quoted me $2,600 worth of repairs I didn't need. Best heating came out and showed me what was really wrong with the system. They were respectful, compassionate and efficient. My problem was finished quickly, and for a fraction of the other cost. They really care about their customers, which is hard to find. I highly recommend them!

The technicians were extremely friendly and profess. The two were so very personable. The problem was immediately identified, explained to me, gave me the cost immediately, and made the repair. Their work was excellent and the standard fee was below other I had reviewed and the overall cost was very acceptable. Not only all this, they arrived early. My heating was out and it was cold and within a half hour of their arrival I had heat. Thank you!

These guys are absolutely wonderful. Had issues with our water heater and HVAC, and they were out the next day to look at everything. Absolutely phenomenal work and professionalism. Highly highly recommend.

Mikhail and his team were amazing, they arrived on time and gave us a fair quote and told us our options. They were able to quickly install a new AC for our 2,000sq ft home in just a few hours. They were super nice and very respectful of our home! We have recommended them to all of our neighbors and will use them again for any maintenance or repairs in the future.

Michal and Paul were very thorough and honest with the diagnosis of our issue. The company that installed our unit wouldn't respond to any correspondence. Best Heating Cooling and Air went above and beyond with their service. I would absolutely recommend them.

This was my second experience with Best Heating and Cooling. Same great service as my first encounter! Paul's level of competence was clearly on display yet again. Will use them again in any of my rental houses when need arises!

My furnace has been blowing out cold air since last night. We were freezing in the house. Called another company last night, but did not get a callback until later the next day. Mike responded to my message within an hour this morning around 6am and scheduled to come look at my furnace issue at the same day. He and his partner are very professional and knowledgeable. I am happy with their service and would highly recommend them to anyone.

My new favorite HVAC company! We had an "emergency" with no AC during the 100° heat. Paul & Michael made time for us in their busy schedule. They very quickly and efficiently diagnosed the problem, and got it repaired. Their explanation was very clear and their pricing was fair. They also gave us great advice to prevent the problem from happening again. I'll definitely call them again!

Update (August 2025) As a real estate agent I am always looking for reliable reasonably priced contractors, And these guys are amazing. They show up on time, they do what they need to do and they are honest and won't try and upsell you.
