I explained to the tech what the issue was with my furnace. It turned out to be a simple switch that needed to be flipped and I could do that myself. All others wanted to come out and charge a service call $$$. I didn’t need a tech to come out for this one, but I am sure I will in the future and will definitely use them. This sort of customer service doesn’t seem to exist much any more....

Hytek worked on a leaking gas line after another company totally botched the job.

They came out with the correct equipment, explained everything in details and left the area clean and most importantly fixed.

They were able to send a technician out to my house same day on short notice to repair my furnace. He was able to quickly identify the issue and gave me his personal number in case any other issues came up in the future.

We purchased a new Heat pump from Rock when our old unit died. They were quick and efficient to get it installed during the summer heat. Devon our installer was great.

Tech came out within 2 hours of my call of AC not working. After troubleshooting found a broken wire. Stripped wire, re-attached, and checked operation. Also gave tips for proper maintenance. This outfit is the best of the best. I'm now a customer for life. Tech was Dan M.
