I started working with Hytek in 2021 when my thermostat kept providing error messages. What stood out then and why I continue to hire Hytek since then is their honesty, expertise, professionalism, willingness to teach/show you what's happening and understands when there are issues it impacts your home and daily life (i.e. need a warm home). Recently (this week), they demonstrated these qualities again. My thermostat kept providing error messages again. The HVAC system was working as expected on manual inspection. Turns out the Honeywell "motherboard" that controlled HVAC, sensors in the home and etc., went bad. Dan and Vyotek educated me and provided me options to proceed. Based on my decision, they updated the wiring in my home so I could transition from using a programmable to a smart thermostat. I'm extremely grateful and will continue to use them! Great service, super friendly and considerate of our house and Covid safety. Voytek quickly diagnosed the problem, and got the furnace running while he went to get the correct parts. Cost was discussed up front, and no hidden or extra fees. Install was fast, and he talked us through everything he was doing and why. Even gave us some advice on keeping our system running smoothly in the future.

Amazing company. I called during direly a busy time after a lot of rain and my unit stopped functioning. A technician came out within a day of the call. He checked everything and turns out my thermostat was fried! The rest of the unit worked just fine. As he was leaving I asked about the bill and there was no charge. My mind was blown. Amazing service and will definitely use again for any future issues!

Came over a few times because furnace kept blowing control fuse. Lost power during coldest week of year twice. Found control wire on heating safety circuit. Kept shorting out. Found cooling wire disconnected at thermostat to create another service call in the summer.

Hytek got someone out to us right away when most people said a few days, so that was the first great part! Vytek arrived in a mask and booties (not that my house is clean, but it was so considerate). He was cheerful and checked every part of the furnace thoroughly. After changing out the parts he taught me the basic mechanics of a furnace so that I can be a more knowledgeable homeowner (LOVED THAT). Super professional and only did what was needed. Definitely recommend!

Our furnace broke and I called this company - Hytek Air Systems. Voytek came out and he was one of the most knowledgeable most honest most friendly professionals I have met! It’s so refreshing to come across a company that is honest with you and not trying to take advantage of our own lack of knowledge. He repaired our furnace and also repaired our broken home humidifier. He drove out to pick up the part and came back to repair my humidifier. He did this all in one day. His price was reasonable! For us it wasn’t necessarily about the cost it was all about Voyteks integrity and honesty. Call them - I promise you will not regret it.

Hytek is the best! During a very busy HVAC season, they came to my home to give me an estimate in a very timely manner. I knew I had a tough project for an AC installation with an attic furnace but they were confident and I felt comfortable with them immediately. Other companies who came out did not act as confident. They scheduled install within a week and I slept comfortablly in my home for the first time in a long time. From the installers to the owner - great team! Highly recommend.

My heater started blowing cold air the day it was 0 degrees in CO. Voytek was able to diagnose the problem quickly and was able to fix it on the spot. He was very honest about cost and I never felt I was getting worked over on pricing. He even taught me how to troubleshoot my heater in the future. Overall he was super friendly, honest, on time, trustworthy and knowledgeable. Will definitely use/recommend this business in the future.

110% would recommend Hytek to anyone in need of repairs or replacements. Dan came out and was friendly, knowledgeable, and provided us guidance on the repairs they were doing, as well proving a quick and accurate quote on replacing our furnace down the road. I’d give the guys 10 stars if I could!

Hytek did an absolutely excellent job. We picked them for their fair pricing, but we were blown away by their attention to detail and thoroughness. While it was unfortunate that we had to replace our AC and heater, I am assured that these will last for many years to come. Would recommend this company to anyone.

We just bought our house and the furnace went out the first day. We have been without heat for 4 days. The warranty company found Hytek. Wow am I glad they did. Rachel was so nice and helpful. Once the warranty company approved for them to fix our furnace, she informed me that her boss would drive to go pick up the part right away and head out to our house to install the part. We are an hour from their shop. Above great customer service from her and her boss (did not catch his name). If I have issues with my HVAC or AC, you can bet I’ll be calling them again!

I had a really great experience with Hytek. They were very responsive, got back to me quickly after I put in a job request at Yelp. And actually got a technician to our house within a couple of hours, on a Sunday. And the technician was great, really good guy and very good at what he does. Now we are nice and toasty warm again in our basement when we watch movies!

Hytek Air Systems was the contractor that our home warranty selected for the removal of our old furnace and the install of a new unit due to its age. The crew was very quick and and efficient with their work. The lead installer made sure the unit was properly heating and showed how our new thermostat worked. Overall the experience was great and everyone had fantastic communication and customer service.

Called because AC went out and was not working. Tech came out and stated the transformer was blown and replaced it. Then he stated that the blower was out and the control board was likely fried. Quoted nearly 4k to replace board and blower or get a new furnace for $6.5k. He never even looked at the AC. He also charged $400 for a transformer. I got a second opinion and they replaced the contractor and capacitor on the ac as well as the thermostat for less than $500. I asked the other company what they would have charged for the transformer and they said less than $100 as it’s only a $20 part.

Beware, they are shady salesman and not techs or into diagnostics. They are part changers.

I also emailed them and gave them a chance to make this right. Could have came and took their transformer and gave me a refund but they chose not to respond. Very similar negative review and they accused them of no record so I have attached a photo so they don’t do the same here. I came to this company due to positive reviews. Don’t do the same.

Hytek is a very professional company with some great employees working for them! Our heater stopped working when it was -10*F outside and we have a home warranty through 2-10 warranty. 2-10 sent this company out to do our repairs and I can not say enough great things about every employee we had the pleasure of talking to! From Erika in the office, to Dan the repair man, and the two guys that installed our new heating system, this company gives the best customer service! I definitely recommend this company for all your HVAC needs!

Hytek Air Solutions responsiveness in promptly assessing my furnace was impressive. I found them to be exceptionally trustworthy, especially considering they didn't charge for diagnosing the issue – a refreshing change from past experiences where I felt taken advantage of. The crew was reliable and professional, making the entire process stress-free.

Dan came out on 7/11 because I replaced the thermostat myself and it just wasn't pulling cold air. After a quick assessment my wires were not tightened. He tightened them, educated me on keeping my unit maintained. I appreciated the integrity and honesty. I will need the unit replaced soon and will reach to Hytek when I do.

At the start of this past winter, I was having some issues with my furnace not kicking on. Called out another company for a service and got the furnace running however I was informed that during the service they discovered the unit was experiencing other issues related to the AC condenser leaking. After receiving several quotes from other HVAC companies that all seemed relatively high, I decided to postpone the replacement until spring. After talking with a good friend about the high quotes I'd received, he recommended contacting Voytek for another opinion and I am thankful I did. Voytek beat the other quotes by a good margin with the same/better equipment. Outside of the cost savings, Voytek and his team are friendly and knowledgeable and did an excellent job replacing our furnace, AC. and as well replacing our 25-year-old water heater with a tankless system. Couldn't be happier with Hytek and thankful for the recommendation from my friend, will be using Hytek for all future HVAC needs.

Hytek Air Systems has the best service ever!!! My family was frustrated because our heat was ruined by other air systems technicians. In the same day I try to use yelp to find a better air systems company then I found Hytek. They responded me right away and sent their tech in the same day to my house for free. They also trying to help us save budget instead of let us change the whole heat. Hytek team is very professional!!! We will be back for sure!!!
