I was having swamp cooler issues. I called several other companies who could not help, or did not even bother to call back. I spoke to Jessica at Hytek and she was wonderful. She sent out a great pair of techs, Nate and Burke and they found the proble, Jessica tracked down the part, and they returned later that same day, and fixed my swamp cooler. I highly reccomend Hytek!

I highly recommend Voytek and anyone from his team at Hytek Air Systems! They are professional, personable and extremely knowledgeable. Most recently I had a steam humidifier installed...I always had great service and my questions answered. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to any clients, friends or family members. 5 stars for sure!

Superb and professional. My AC units and swamp cooler broke down during this crazy hot summer and these folks were quick to get me set up for a check up right away. Jessica was very friendly on the phone and called back as soon as she found an earlier appointment. Dan the lead technician came by while i was at work and immediately located what was wrong with our poorly designed system (which I’m shocked inspections didn’t mention when i bought the place) and gave us a quote and date to replace an outdated unit and repair any leaks he found. They scheduled the work the very next day and got everything done 1 hour earlier than estimated (9am-4 pm). With a military discount Hytek saved the day for otherwise would have been an intolerable summer. Thanks again!

*updated *. Our furnace stopped working this winter season for some reason. Hytek was quick to squeeze in a tech appt the same afternoon. Technician noticed it was just a loose wire and got it all working again. And didn’t even charge us! Fantastic work and we will continue to support their business.

We had a great experience with this company. Our air conditioner went out on a hot day, and they came out quickly to inspect it. We have a two-unit system, and they were honest in telling us that only one unit needed to be replaced, while the other still had a few good years left. Really appreciated their honesty and that they didn’t try to upsell or make it a bigger job than necessary. Everyone was professional and pleasant to work with. Highly recommend!

I just had to replace my Furnace and A/C. They did such a good job, I had them do the water heater.
Joe came out to do the estimate. He quickly instilled confidence. I had four estimates done. Hytek was not the cheapest but I thought the best.
Carlos, Nate and Caden were the work crew. They really took pride in their work.

Hytek replaced my AC and furnace ~3 years ago and did a great job. From then on, I mistakenly used a third party company to service my AC unit. My AC unit has started to have some problems, so I called Hytek for them to come take a look at it. Voytek is the best. He came and although I had a different company servicing the unit, he wanted to help me with my situation and performed over $1,000 of work for free and did it with a smile on his face. He took care of me in a stressful time since it was getting hot and I have tenants renting the unit from me. I would 1000% recommend Voytek and his company to anyone with HVAC needs. He is super knowledgeable, has tons of experience, and is just a good guy. Thank you so much Voytek, you're the man.

Over the past two years, I have used Hytek Air Systems to replace my air conditioning system, heater, and most recently, my hot water heater. I find this company to be efficient, professional, and reasonable for the quality of service that they provide. Their techs are highly qualified. Most recently, Caiden and Nik did a great job installing my hot water heater and repairing a heat duct. I appreciate that they explained to me how the hot water worked rather than referring me to an online brochure. Jessica in the office was very professional and worked hard to accommodate my schedule. This is a good and reliable company to work with.

Best Heating Cooling and Air came to clean my air ducts in advance of furnace/AC replacement and they were excellent! I'm embarrassed how very dirty my ducts were! They were prompt, hard working and very professional. Highly recommended.

Mikail and Paul were professional, knowledgeable, communicative and courteous. They helped me get a system in in January, in snowy weather. I had been through 3 other quotes, 2 of which I paid for, all of whom wanted more for the work and a all had to add things I didn’t want (or need according to city ) Paul explained everything from a scientific perspective, they worked with my budget, and were no BS no hassle the whole time. I ended up with a central air system as well. Not because they upsold me, but because I asked and they managed to get me a great quality one installed within my budget. The most impressive and frankly shocking we’re the city inspectors reactions to the work. They came separately, on the same day, one electrical one mechanical. The first worlds out of their mouths were: mechanical inspector, “wow, this is a really nice system” electrical inspector, “This is really great! These guys did you right”

I have used Mikhail and Paul several times now with the most recent being a full install to replace my 22 year old unit. Their attention to detail, quick turnaround and excellent communication have led me to put their phone number on speed dial! I have a close friend who does commercial HVAC so I discussed Paul And Mike’s diagnosis, equipment and pricing with him. My friend’s opinion was that this company Rocks!

Mikhail and Paul provided excellent service. They were on time, very polite and took care of all our needs, providing insite and pictures for the maintenance they completed.

Paul was so great to work with . He scheduled an appointment over the holiday weekend and got our AC working. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Our AC went out over the weekend and we called Fix-It 24/7 to come out to fix our AC and they charged $527 to change the dual capacitor and said it should work and left; several hours later our house was still not cooling and the Fix-It 24/7 tech back and said gauges are all wrong and we just need a new unit because it’s old and wanted to charge us $15,000 for a new AC unit. So we called Michael and Paul from Best Heating Cooling & Air for a second opinion. They came out the very next day and said the very first thing was our unit was dirty and needed to be cleaned because the gauges will not read correctly regardless of any issues if not cleaned. They cleaned the unit free of charge. They meticulously checked the unit outside and inside noting the capacitor in the basement was bad and only charged $160 for the dual capacitor. Long story short they got our unit up and running correctly and we did not need a new unit. Michael and Paul are honest and know what they are doing. They care for their customers, provide excellent service, and try to provide a solution by starting from the most basic and working their way up, keeping cost to the customer as low as possible. We recommend Best Heating and Cooling and will not work with any other company in the future.

Mikhail is amazing! Twice in the matter of a few weeks, Mikhail provided immediate assistance on 2 issues with our air conditioner. Ultimately, he diagnosed our most recent problem and had it fixed in a matter of minutes. I highly recommend Mikhail and the team at Best Heating Cooling and Air!

They called and asked if they could show up 30 minutes early on a day when the roads were bad. Diagnosed and fixed my issue within 10 minutes and performed a check-up and off they went within 30 minutes.

I started out with another company that came and told me my AC would need replacement parts and the cost would be in the thousands. On a whim, I picked this company and left a message to get a second opinion. Mike called back right away and said he could come take a look the next day. A few hours later, he called back and came the same day! Mike came with another worker and within a few hours they had refrigerant added and my house was feeling nice and cold! They explained everything from beginning to end and it was easy to tell they are honest and fair. I highly recommend these guys!

We first hired Best Heating Cooling & Air to install a new AC and they did a phenomenal job. They were very professional and helpful, so we wound up hiring them to install a new water heater as well. Excellent service and super knowledgeable!
