Donny is a great guy but he’s the only one that’s every working and it’s impossible to get anything in a timely matter or good luck with phones calls.

They don't sell to the public, had to go to their location to find that out, since they don't pick up the phone or state that on the website. Rude counter rep to top it off, empty store and too busy to pick up phone calls. Hey, "Enjoy enjoy your job".

Donnie is the store manager and hes the best. Really cool guy that will remember your name after the first visit. He knows customer service better then any other parts guy in the Aurora area. Its good to be a lennox authorized dealer in the Aurora area!

Bria and Joe had my cold climate ready for me to load within 5 minutes and have very good product knowledge about how to set this up, I'm very pleased with the service that Lennox centennial is providing

Very friendly and helpful on the phone and at the counter. Anyone complaining about this location doesn’t have enough experience dealing with suppliers to know what good and bad service is in the industry these days

Water Valve replacement. Technician reported that my house water pressure was too high at 100psi and needed to be at 70psi. Recommended that two other valves needed to be replaced and would send an estimate for the job. Aurora Water stated that the pressure for my house should be at 100psi......it appears that a scam was in the making. Looks like another plumbing company is in order and "Next Door" needs to be notified of this misrepresentation !

I have used 1st Choice Plumbing for years and they always do a great job at a fair price in comparison to many of the mega-companies out there. Techs are always very knowledgable and thoroughly answer all our questions.

Had a broken water pipe that we discovered at 5:00 pm. They were at our house and had the pipe repaired within a couple hours at a very reasonable price. Can’t recommend this company highly enough.

Fast phone response and scheduling with excellent communication from everyone in the company. Would use them anytime for any plumbing needs I have. Scott was spot on and very professional.

I had a leaking ball valve at my water main and needed a gas heater in my garage troubleshot. Both were done very quickly and the techs answered all my questions. Would definitely use again.

Had a water-line shutoff valve replaced. Service was excellent but they charged $250.00 for a job that took the installer 15 minutes. Will not be calling them again.

Josh came even earlier than scheduled. He cleaned the igniter in our Triangle Tube boiler which was malfunctioning.
We paid $159 which was reasonable considering how much most of plumbers/HVAC charge. Overall satisfied with the service. I would probably use them again.

Frank was great! Very good explaining what he was doing and why. Promptly and efficiently installed a new toilet. Very pleased with the outcome. We will use this service again.

Don and his assistant did an excellent job, as usual. Our old boiler was going out and the piping was all wrong to boot! That's not to say there weren't challenges, but Don addressed each one and now we have a fully functional system. Thanks 1st Choice!

They got me this time, but never again. I was pleased with a previous phone interaction, so asked them to come quote a replacement for a corroded supply line and coupling coming from my water heater. Instead of answering my question for repair, they immediately said I should spend $5k - $7k to replace a perfectly functional hot water heater just because of the age. I ignored that part and agreed to let them replace the corroded pieces. When they started taking things apart they said it wasn't possible to disconnect and reuse the anode rod. That's fair, probably time to replace it anyway. They tacked on an additional $289 to replace a $40 part when they were already at my house and had done 90% of the anode rod work for the other repairs.

They didn't even integrate the initial repair with my PEX the way that would have made the most sense because someone "stole the PEX tool a while ago".

Hoping the way it was done is sufficient and won't cause any issues down the road.

Will never call again and will recommended that anyone else looking for this type of work to avoid.

Scott showed up right on time and was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He communicated very well with me about what he found, and made various recommendations on items that would improve the plumbing system in my house.

We've used 1st Choice many times over the past few years and have been pleased. This time the installation went fine with our water heating but the technician scratched our wood floors during the process. I'd like a call from management to discuss this issue.

We had a major leak on a Sunday and 1st Choice Pro was the first to answer and was out at our house within two hours. Completely fixed within 3 hours. Quick and professional! We would for sure use again if needed.

I've used 1st Choice now for three jobs in the last several years. They are prompt, responsive, professional and do great work. They recently came out on a cold, snowy day right after I called to trouble-shoot a leak on a hose bib they'd installed. They immediately found a defective, internal part and replaced it, with no charge to me, of course. They are my go-to plumbing and HVAC business here in the Parker area.

They replaced our furnace on a Sunday and of course we didn’t have heat in our house. There technician, Phil, worked on the old one for a couple of hours. The furnace was 20 years old and it was determined it was time to replace it. They did a great job and will use them in future if needed.
