We have had our heating and a/c checked twice a year in various states we have lived in. Some good experiences and some bad. When we moved to Colorado, after researching on line, we started using Royal. Royal is undoubtably superior to any heating and a/c service we have ever used.

Joe is very knowledgeable and friendly. He took the time to talk with me about what I thought was a problem with my furnace. Thankfully he suggested that it may actually be a wiring issue with my Nest, which it was. Thanks to his expertise I was able to pinpoint the culprit, free of charge on a Sunday after thanksgiving. :)

We asked them to do the inspection. They didn't throughly inspect the situation! Only 15 minutes to inspect the house and didn't even really discuss throughly about it. Overcharge, but luckly we found coyote HVAC who provided honest assessment that we don't need to replace and pointed out improvement opportunity. I RECOMMEND COYOTE HVAC! Don't take Royal's Heating & Air due to low quality inspection and they will overcharge you. Unacceptable and very unprofessional. It's good thing that we requested 2+ companies to inspect because Royal ain't royal and they set the bar BELOW the hell. We was blown away by Coyote HVAC's professionalism and integrity. Don't be a fool. There is no royal treatment from "royal's Heating & Air Inc" We saved $5,000!!!!!

They serviced two furnaces at two locations and did a superb job. I was impressed with how they explained the "issue" in layman's terms and how they were going to resolve the problems so that both furnaces would be up and running within a very short period of time. Highly recommend Joe and Tony!

Joe came out in 2018 and did a great job to explain to me what was realistic as far as the 20+ year old HVAC system that we had at the time and did not try to sell me something that I did not need. He got everything tuned up properly and been running great ever since. It has been a couple years and time for another checkup and tuneup.

Joe at Royal's Heating and Air is the prime example of what anyone should be in the HVAC industry! He is very honest, priced well, and super reliable. I don't plan on using anyone else for my heating or cooling needs. I highly recommend Royal's Heating and Air!

I had two other HVAC companies take a look at our air conditioner, which would not maintain temperature in our home. One bid was for $7,000 (new unit) and the other was for $1,500 (new cooling coil). Royal's took a look and concluded, rightly so, that the unit needed more Freon and that the outside unit needed to be cleaned so sufficient air flow could cool the home. Royal's repaired the problem and it cost a heckuva lot less than their competitors. They were honest and did a good job explaning the situation. great job!!!!

We were having some connection issues with the thermostat, affecting our AC unit. Unfortunately, temps outside were in the upper 90’s, so the entire family was miserable. I called around to various companies and Royal’s had the earliest availability. The owner (Joe) came out and took his time to figure out the problem, and installed a new smart thermostat. He was professional, knowledgeable and priced fair. I definitely will use him again if I have any HVAC issues.

We've worked with Royal's Heating & Air for years, and they are the best. The team is always responsive, always helpful and always delivering great service with a great attitude. They put their customers first, for which we are very grateful. I highly recommend Royal's Heating & Air (and have recommended them to many people) for anyone's home HVAC needs.

We got a new furnace and A/C four years ago from Royal. Recently started acting up, called a different company to check it out. Found out that there is supposed to be a filter on the furnace itself that was never installed and we were never told about it or proper maintenance. Now we have to get the whole system reinstalled by a professional company that explained the need for a filter and are dumbfounded that one was never installed. Definitely our fault for not researching ourselves on furnace maintenance, but not installing one in the first place is not acceptable for a job we paid seven grand for... This is an extreme fire hazard...

Heater fails on a Friday... and it's cold! Where to turn, quickly? A trusted friend says he's heard good things about Joe at Royal's Heating & Air. Call, Joe is at nearby supply store. Hears our problem and immediately says he will stop by. He does and within minutes we verify problem and start solution. Hadn't asked for money, didn't try to sell us expensive fix or even more expensive replacement. Everyone just wants to find experts who will be straight, honest and work hard. That's Joe Royal, and yes, it is his business

Royal's Heating was recommended to me when I needed to get a new swamp cooler.
Was extremely happy with everything. Joe was very pleasant to work with. They also do the shut down and start up for me. Highly recommend them !!!

Solid company I highly recommend. They were prompt for appointments, followed through on all promises made, and were vastly cheaper than other competitive bids I got. Arrived at the time agreed and completed in the window agreed, so rare in the day and age. I will use them again and recommend you do the same

I highly recommend Royal's Heating and Air. They are honest, professional and knowledgeable. We had a difficult situation with multiple old A/C units, and they not only upgraded our system, but unraveled the mystery of craziness created by the previous HVAC company. They were priced well, honest and willing to come back for however many times it took to make sure every detail was 100%.

We were very happy with the quick response at a busy time of the year for air conditioners. Very few minutes and he had our a/c up and running for a very reasonable price.

Joe the owner of Royal Heating and Air came by for our annual A/C start-up and check. He's our go to company for years and gives the best service and has the best products at the best prices. I know because I routinely get more than three bids. Go with these guys--they're the best!

Joe and his guys found the issue quickly, lended us a plug-in CO2 detector for the furnace room to ensure we were safe while they were able to temporarily fix our furnace until it was replaced, and installed a new furnace in a timely fashion. They were very nice and professional. As a result, we also chose them to install a brand new A/C unit. It was just as professional and immediate the second time. Thanks Joe!

I had Joe come over and check out the intermittent problems I was having with my furnace which I suspected was a bad thermostat. Joe came over the same day I called him. He went downstairs, made various tests, cleaned out manifold, and found the problem to be with two of the four burners were partial blocked (which he cleaned) and tested. He was informative and professional with tests and quite affordable. He is a breath of fresh air with his approach by charging by the time spent fixing the problem, not like the expensive flat rate quotes I had received from other big name companies. I would definitely use him again for any HVAC or plumbing jobs, and would recommend using him to anyone else who is tired of being ripped off by the big name companies that you see advertised on TV or on other media.

Ray has done a great job for us twice. He helped get our AC unit running while I was out of town in July 2018. Our AC continued to get us through the Summer. Yesterday he replaced our AC, furnace and did some sheet metal work. The work was on time and cost exactly what he said it would. I trust Ray and would recommend Royal's Heating and Air over all other HVAC companies.

After getting many other estimates from other companies, I decided to go with Royal because of its value and options they gave me. They were very professional, friendly and prompt. My parents had also used them and recommended them to me. I’m happy with the service I got and the price I paid.

Joe has been doing jobs for me for over 10years. He is always reasonably priced and honest. I own 15 rentals and he has come to the rescuer on Thanksgiving morning and New Year’s Eve day. I highly recommend Royals heating and AC for all your jobs.
