Mez was at our house for a whole house humidifier issue. He took care of it, explained everything really well, talked us through next steps and what to watch for.

The Bee is great because they answer calls quickly. Danny has come to two service calls at our house now and he has been helpful and kind. He does a great job of explaining what is going on and what needs to happen.
Also, Anthony did the install of our new heater and came for another service call and he was also helpful and kind.
Basically I've only had good experiences with everyone at The Bee and I've recommended them to others!

Danny came out to give us a quote replacing our old A/C unit with a new, efficient heat pump/furnace combo, while also taking advantage of rebates and tax credits. Gabe and Mark performed the installation and we couldn’t be more happy. Our house is finally cold, even though it’s the sweltering summer. Can’t wait to see how the heat pump performs in the winter!

Shawn was timely, accurate, and communicative; his service is the standard! I don't have any pictures, but he explained everything perfectly!

When I called for a quote, Alexis was very friendly and knowledgeable, and got me set up with a technician quote for the next day. Danny was very friendly and helpful and was able to schedule me for installation of a new AC unit just a few days later. Anthony and Danny completed the installation. These guys clearly enjoy working together as a team, they are friendly, professional and did a great job installing quality equipment with a great warranty. I'm happy that I chose The Bee!

Zach P. did an amazing job—thorough, professional, and clearly knowledgeable. You can tell he really knows his stuff. Without even realizing it, he saved me thousands of dollars. A previous technician (from a different company) gave me an outrageous estimate and misdiagnosed the issue entirely. Zach quickly identified the real problem, which turned out to be much simpler and more affordable. I’d absolutely come back for the sheer honesty and quality of his work. Highly recommend!

Our furnace would not heat when it was tuned on for the season. Mez and Craig did a great job identifying several issues created by another HVAC company when annual routine service was performed on the AC and furnace two months prior. Mez was extremely knowledgeable about the system and was committed to finding the problem and correcting it. Both Mez and Craig were professional, courteous and personable.

Blue Valley Heating and Cooling was more responsive than other companies in a time of high demand. Although our church has a boiler that was larger than they can service, they took the time to explain the system, identify the probable source of the issue, and provide recommendations as to how to resolve. They were unable to fix the issue, but did all they could under the circumstances.

If I had a heating issue at my home with a “normal” size residential unit, I wouldn’t hesitate to try them again.

The technician was fine but the prices for repair were beyond unreasonable. What should have been a $400-500 repair was going to cost $2200. So I paid the $99 for the service call for them to tell me what I already knew was the problem.

Danny was outstanding because of his knowledge, professionalism, and ability to explain clearly our options for a new furnace. He answered my many questions in detail as well as explained pros/cons of each system I was considering. I feel very confident about his recommendations and my options.

Andrew and Brandon were pleasant, courteous and thorough during the maintenance today. I especially liked the way Andrew carefully explained the settings on our HVAC system.

Have used this company twice for my small business. Had a great experience the first time in 2022 – reasonable pricing (~$200) for replacing filters on a few package units at my commercial space and prompt, courteous service from the technician, Brian.

Second time I had them out in 2023 was a disaster. One of the units was being finicky about turning on and it was 100 degrees outside so they knew they had me over a barrel. The technicians Alexander and Danny told me the filters were “special” and they had to go to the supply house to get them which took them a couple hours. The filters are standard Home Depot available filters. They told me a condensate trap needed to be installed on one unit. Quoted me over $1000 for filters and condensate trap (wee piece of PVC). I knew I was getting scammed but when your AC isn’t great and it’s 100 degrees outside and you’re a small business owner, you are a bit stuck. When I asked why the price was so different from the prior year, they said that costs had changed…

I got a friend out to check their work and the work was astoundingly bad. The wrong filter sizes were installed, one of the filter rails was dislodged, one of the covers was left open, and the condensate trap was installed incorrectly so that water was dripping back into the unit. So, not only did they jack the price, they didn’t even properly perform the services. When I requested an itemized invoice they said they don’t do that, it’s a combination of labor and services.

Not sure if there was an ownership or management change in the year between services by them or just an unsavory group of staff, but this was a complete scam.
