Matt did our fall furnace tune-up. It was a pleasure to deal with him. He was courteous and pleasant, knowledgeable about our furnace, and well able to explain its workings to us. Despite our furnace being 13 years old, he did not hard sell us on a replacement but rather talked us through the relatively modest maintenance we should do to keep it in good running condition. Would gladly have him back anytime.

Experiencing a heating outage in the middle of January can be quite uncomfortable. 888 Heating responded promptly, arriving within a few hours of our call, and efficiently resolved the issue. Ian was exceptionally kind and knowledgeable. We highly recommend this business to others.

As always, I had a great experience with 888. Leo was thorough and helped me understand ways to reduce the amount of electricity needed to power the furnace. Throughout the maintenance, I learned a lot about my furnace/AC system. Not only did Leo do a great job, but he was also timely, polite, and very helpful! Appreciate the work!

The team to put in my new air conditioner and heating system was very professional. I enjoyed working with all the personnel and they were very informative and they do excellent job to clean up after the completion of work. I am happy to be able to have 888 Heating and Air Conditioning company to be available to perform my service on my system in the future. Jeremy provided excellent startup service and information for me to personally follow up in the future to provide good preventive maintenance to keep the system running at its optimal condition.

Ian was extremely knowledgeable and honest about repairs. (Had to call them for a 2nd opinion when another company tried to con me into purchasing a new heater). He did not try to upsell me on on anything and was able to diagnose the issue quickly, confidently, and for a reasonable price. 100% recommend.

The price for parts and repair were quoted twice as high as other quotes I received to replace parts and the tech told me he couldn’t give me a price breakdown on a $60 part and $440 in labor and miscellaneous charges for a 15 minute job. He was very resistant to trying to attempt maintenance on the older furnace and kept mentioning that he felt like I was throwing money away trying to repair the system. He persistently suggested to purchase a new system on a payment plan rather than even attempt to get life out of the older furnace. After I told him I would like to attempt the repairs his attitude completely changed and the whole service felt aggressive. I will not be using 888 again.

we we're having issues with our furnace and called for service. The technician " Joe " determined that the furnace had a bad gas valve.
He was very professional and had us back running in less than an hour. When I saw the cost of the repair I thought it was pretty high so I called their service manager and she explained that it was the standard price for that repair. She then offered us a free furnace checkup and cleaning as a goodwill gesture. We accepted the offer and they scheduled it for the next morning. The technician " Ian " showed up right on time and did a very thorough job. Both technicians were very professional and did great work. So other than the initial sticker shock I was very satisfied with the service.

I won a free HVAC cleaning back in January. Very exciting. Guy did a good job, however he insisted I needed $1k worth of work done on my 3 year old AC system. I asked for a quote with line items on the specific work that needed to be done. I reached out to him the following week and called the company stating he said he would send a quote. No quote ever came.

Now it's June and time to turn on my AC, and it doesn't work. I reached out to a different company who came to check out the unit. The tech found a wire disconnected from the circuit board in the furnace. I can only assume the previous tech disconnected something while cleaning.

They answered our call for a furnace issue in our rental unit. They were prompt in getting us an appointment. The estimate was quickly emailed once the tech found the issue. Repairs were done quickly and in a professional manner. The tenant was pleased with the professional appearance and conduct of the tech. We will be using this companies services again when the need arises.

I cannot say thank you enough. I called the folks at 888 after a snafu with I thought was my furnace. Turns out it was a humidifier issue not the furnace but it had let water out on the floor. Amanda was great and had a tech out in a couple of hours on the same day. That was huge for me as I couldnt be at the house. Leo came out and immediately found the issue, but spent time on the phone with me to discuss the issue and also inspected several other items around the furnace just to be safe. Everyone at 888 went above and beyond for me today, much appreciated!

888Heating & Air contacted me before the tech arrived to tell me the techs name and a very short window of his arrival. Leo arrived on time, introduced himself, and put on the booties before entering the house. He explained what he would be doing a part of the service special and that he would need approx. 60-90 mins to complete the service. I escorted Leo to the furnace in basement and he proceeded to perform the cleaning, testing, etc. and I went back to work. Leo was thorough, courteous and friendly. He completed the work as described and within the time he said. He returned the furnace back to working order and explained the work her performed. He also cleaned up his work area very nicely that there were no signs of work having been performed. I will definitely be inviting 888Heating and Leo back this spring to service my AC when the time comes. Thank you Leo and 888Heating for taking good care of my furnace and me!
