Tom was very good. He was very professional yet friendly, engendering a sense of trustworthiness. He carried out the furnace tuneup efficiently, and found a lot of drywall dust that had been left there since the house was built. He cleaned that out. The furnace has worked better since the tuneup, not cycling as often as it used to. We've become Coyote HVAC fans.

The Tech that came out to do the estimate was friendly and seemed to have a “can do attitude” but within an hour we got an estimate that simply stated “ we are passing on the job” without any reason at all…..not sure what was up with this company. It did not seem to be a complicated job just a downdraft venting to the outside….seems pretty cut and dry….wont be recommending or referring them to my hundreds of clients as I am a Realtor

This team is top-notch! I've used their services for a couple of years now for my furnace, swamp cooler, and AC unit. They are all very knowledgeable, and I’ve especially enjoyed working with Omar. He has come out a couple of times and has been incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I also connected with CJ over the phone to purchase a swamp cooler, and it was the easiest process! I highly recommend using them—they have been amazing!

We were long overdue for a duct cleaning, and although we found cheaper options (coupons, etc.), we chose Coyote because of their stellar reviews and are so glad we did! So worth it to get a reputable company. Kim did a fantastic job, was very thorough and professional. Absolutely no complaints. We highly recommend Coyote HVAC!

Nick was great! Called before he arrived to let us know he was on his way. He did a thorough diagnosis of our HVAC system and found the problem. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and got the issue fixed quickly. We were very glad we chose Coyote HVAC and we will definitely use them for future service.

The HVAC Tech Ben, was excellent. Called me to let me know his exact arrival time, was very personable and polite. Ben worked efficiently and left everything clean and tidy. He explained his work and gave me some great suggestions for upkeep and follow up maintenance. I’m extremely pleased with this Technician and Coyote HVAC. My second time using their services and I highly recommend them to others.

Recently our furnace went out and we called around to 3 or 5 different companies. They all gave us outrageous pricing and outrageous estimates. Coyote HVAC came in with the absolute best pricing. They had a team ready and willing to go right away for us! After the estimate, we were on the books for 3 days later.

Weston the sales guy took his time to help educate my husband. He also upgraded us with some additional things.

The two installers were so humble, kind, courteous, and helpful!!! We can't thank Daniel and Miguel enough for what they did!

Installation was quick and easy, they showed us everything that was done. How to go into the HVAC when they aren't there or not available. They showed us the steps of setting a schedule and how to work the thermostat!

All in all, they were fantastic all around! I would highly recommend this company to anyone! I'm sure they will help you out like they did us with the same integrity!

The young man, Tyler did a great job for us over here at TOS Boxing gym. He was able to diagnose the problem and he was actually accurate. He said the part would be 5 to 10 business days and it was actually 5 days. High recommendation for Coyote HVAC! We were without heat and hot water with a very cold night coming. Omar was awesome! Professional, friendly and most importantly; fixed the issue quickly.

Nick came out and inspected our multi split unit. He did a great job explaining everything, was very professional, and answered all my questions. Getting my appointment set up was easy and the customer service Coyote provides is great.

Omar was great! He was personable and knowledgeable. We will use Coyote HVAC in the future. Omar winterized our evaporative cooler and did heater checkup and clean - to get ready for winter - both at a good price.

I get my evaporative cooler serviced by Coyote every year and they are always great! The technicians are always super friendly and efficient. They also don't try to sell me anything, which is rare these days. Highly recommend. Omar was quick and explained everything to me in detail

They came out within just a few hours of my call. My furnace had quit working when we experienced freezing temps and they wasted no time sending CJ out. He was quick, efficient, very friendly and a great communicator. In addition, their pricing was very fair. Would highly recommend!

We are very happy with Coyote HVAC. They just fixed our furnace. It was starting to get cold so we decided to start up the furnace. It didn't work. There are many things it could have been and we were afraid it would be expensive. Omar did some troubleshooting and found the exact thing that was broken. He also happened to have the part on his truck so was able to get us running right then. On top of that he cleaned everything up and did a CO2 test to make sure we didn't have any leaks since the system is kind of old. Omar really went the extra mile, and also educated us about our furnace. I have nothing but good things to say about Omar and Coyote HVAC. Highly recommend.

Solid company, but once you use them for service you will get frequent texts and solicitations via phone. I’ve tried to unsubscribe and I’ve politely asked multiple times to be removed from their call list. Another week later, another call. I’m simply leaving a review because Coyote HVAC won’t respect your requests and will keep trying to farm you as a customer.

Matt was early and called ahead to make sure it was okay. He did a great job diagnosing the problem and did not recommend an unnecessary and more expensive fix. Our furnace is working more efficient than it has in a long time. Omar came with Matt and I assume is a field trainer. Omar has been out another time for our A/C. Another company basically said I’d have to replace the system, but Omar found a leak that was easily fixed saving me thousands of dollars - the other company never bothered to even look for a leak. Matt and Omar were personable, great to work with, and has the customer at the heart of their work, not the business dollar. That will keep my business and my referrals with them. Thank you Matt, Omar, and Coyote HVAC!

Ben came today to inspect the system that we had installed in March 2024, the system has been working great. This was the spring health check and it passed with flying colors, the Bosch system Coyote recommended is performing better than I had anticipated. Communication is professional, prompt and courteous and Ben was great with my dogs.

George came out and did the fall tuneup, courteous and professional and explained the process in detail.

Omar came out today and did the spring service, courteous, professional and answered my questions no issues. Did get Joey on the phone to start the process to get the verification code, so I can add the IDS unit into the app. It would be beneficial in the future when and if anything outside of spring or fall service is required. Great to with a professional team.

Tyler came out and did a great job. He let me know when he was on the way and got our swamp cooler working again. He was knowledgeable, honest and fair. He explained everything to me and pointed out the issues. Good communication and a reminder text the day before.

Every time we’ve had to have Coyote out they are great with communication and always get someone out right away. If they are running early or late, they let you know. Based on past experiences with other HVAC companies, these things alone make them exceptional! Our furnace had a couple things going on, which made the fix hard to diagnose. I appreciate that they went about fixing the issues in such a way that they weren’t making costly repairs unnecessarily. Their employees are always so kind and professional. At this point I wouldn’t even consider calling anyone else.
