Jason is the picture of integrity and excellent service. It can feel overwhelming to know if you're going to end up selecting a vendor who you can trust to know their stuff and really make recommendations that you need, and my experience working with Jason this week on trying to diagnose some problems with A/C issues in my home was so positive. He is absolutely trustworthy and I would recommend him without hesitation. This is my go-to team for any issue moving forward!

Had them install a heat pump ductless multi split system in our house in 3 bedrooms. Super communicative, helped navigate rebates with xcel and the government, and the quality of the work was impressive!

Jason has installed a number of heating and cooling systems for me over the years. He always does the work on time and for a fair price. And I never have to worry about things not working afterwards. Would highly recommend working with him and his company.

I had a great experience with 888 and Joe. Joe was very professional and knowledgeable. First I used a different company who couldn't figure out the issue. So I called 888 and here comes Joe. Joe found the issue in 15 seconds and fixed the issue just as quick. I'm a very happy customer. 5 stars !

You know when the HVAC company has an annual contract that states they’ll clean up your unit for a set amount of $? Unbelievable!! Justin did exactly that. He put extra effort and took the time to explain why he needed to clean a key part that could affect our blower & cost thousands to replace. He was very professional also. I’d have him back and would again call 888 for anything that needs to be done, not just the annual cleaning.
He also forwarded 30+ pics he took of the system. Best experience!

Just had a furnace and AC inspection. The person running the office is smart and friendly. I got several quotes, theirs was neither highest or lowest, but I considered the price fair. The guy who did the inspections did a great job as far as I could tell and he was professional and seemed knowledgeable. I'll update my review if everything breaks next week, but I don't think that will be the case. I plan to use them again in the future ☺️

Update to previous review, two years later... my ignition switch went out on my 13 year old furnace. They came out right away, fixed everything and gave me a fair price. Ian did a great job! Thanks again!

Ian showed up on time for the tune-up/inspection we requested. He gave a complete and clear explanation of what he was doing, what he was seeing re the current condition of our heater, and one issue that he found that he recommended needed to be addressed, which appeared to be necessary and reasonable. I would definitely work with 888Heating again and recommend them.

The entire team that came to our house for tune ups and replacements were great. Very knowledgeable and courteous and they do great work.
A few issues they need to work through with their dispatch team though.

Ian was a fantastic service tech who walked me through every step of the process. He didn’t rush anything and took the time to explain to me all the parts and issues around my heating system. A fantastic experience and will absolutely use 888 again for any of my service needs.

My heater stopped heating my house, I called 888 Heating & Air and they sent Colin to my rescue about 2 hours after I called. Colin did not find anything wrong with my heater so he did a thorough check up and was done in an hour. He is a very nice person, knows what he was doing and didn't try to force me to buy something I didn't need. I will call Colin at 888 if I need any further work done.

We had Oleksander come out and do a cleaning and inspection and he did a fantastic job. Very professional knowledgeable and courteous. He took the time to explain what the readings were showing and what they meant. Really appreciated him.
