I found this company from Tom Martino. I wasn’t happy with my last company so I called 888
I’m so GLAD I did. The job was so thorough. With explanations through out.
The following paperwork showed pictures of work done and performance reviews.
This was a wonderful experience. Yesterday was heater next week is AC unit

We had a small issue with our furnace’s flame sensor and Collin was here within a few hours of our call. The repair was quick and Collin was very informative and helpful. Would gladly use their services again. Great experience!

The guys that actually did the work of installing the unit and addressing a couple findings from the inspection were good. As far as it can tell, the workmanship is solid. However the reason for the 2 stars is that their communication was absolutely abysmal. Between the inspection and just other things that needed to be completed by an electrician as part of the installation they’ve been over to my house many times and every single time they would say they would do something and it would only happen if I called them back to remind them. On the day the electrician was supposed to show up he missed the stated window and nobody called me. I called them in the afternoon and they said someone would be by that day and nobody showed up or even called back to tell me no one would be there. When I called back the following Monday they sent an electrician (who 888 subcontracts work out to) and he had no idea what he was supposed to do because 888 never got him the info. After I had paid them for the initial install there were at least 6 times that they were supposed to get back to me and never did. I had to call them back and remind them every single time. They were very apologetic each time it happened but that didn’t stop it from happening over and over again. Because the work seemed pretty solid (once I was able to get them over to my house each time) I would say that if you are going to hire them, tell them you’re not going to pay for the job until all the work has been done and everything has passed inspection. I’m pretty sure they will be a lot more attentive then!

I always have a great experience with the 888 team.
My furnace tuneup was no exception. It was very intentional and thorough . I alway watch the staff do the checkup and I must say there was more care taken in the most recent checkup and it made a difference.
I always appreciate how 888 keeps me informed on who and when I should expect a tec to arrive at my house.
All the guy that have come to my home have been clean, groomed and very polite. I always feel comfortable with all of the 888 people who enter my home.

Service was timely, professional, affordable, and very supportive. I appreciated Collin's call to keep me informed of what was going on. He also sent me pictures and videos of the unit, and re showed our tenant how to replace a filter. The price was great, and definitely built our trust in the company, and we would turn to them for future repairs. Thank you!

The 888 team is wonderful. We inherited them when we bought our house a few years ago and each time they come out for maintenance, we’re always blown away with how professional yet comfortable they are. Colin was great this last visit. Incredibly thorough and friendly. We love 888 and can’t recommend them enough.

I Scheduled a furnace inspection because of Radio advertisement. Very easy to set up. The technician who arrived was Joe. He was friendly and knowledgeable. My furnace was 34 years old and never serviced. Joe did his inspection and thorough cleaning. While talking with Joe I decided to have him call his office to get a quote on a new furnace and AC. Kyle was out within the hour to give a quote. Kyle was friendly and professional no pressure just the facts with different options. I would highly recommend 888 Heating and Air conditioning. Called 888 Heating over a slight drip from a PVC pipe connected to the furnace. I was given an appointment that day and Bryan came out 2 days later, on time, and ready to work. He explained what he was going to do in “laymen terms” that I could understand and told me if the drip didn’t stop he would be out to replace the pipe. Fortunately the drip was repaired quickly and efficiently by Bryan. Couldn’t have had a better experience. Thank you Bryan and thanks so much to everyone at 888 Heating LLC.

Matt was able to help us get our furnace back and running in less than 24 hours. He was very knowledgeable and gave us several options of what we needed to do and any potential future services that may be needed. Prior to working with Matt I had a few interactions via phone And everyone was always very pleasant and helpful. Highly recommend 888 I’ll be holding onto Matt’s business card for any future furnace or AC needs!

Every interaction with 888 has been excellent! From the time I needed a new furnace through today’s annual inspection. Colin went over everything he looked at explaining the importance of each component. He said my furnace looked brand new. He also was helpful in discussing some auxiliary home ventilation ideas I want to pursue. I highly recommend 888!

Just had my first year checkup of my two high efficiency furnaces. The technician was professional and very knowledgeable. Photos and readings reviewed with me to make sure I understood service and that the installation was done correctly on initial install. This company is great with reasonable prices and technicians who know what they are doing! I also liked the great communication on the appointment and arrival time.

Communication and follow through is terrible. I went with this company because they have good reviews and feedback. I called on Tuesday(6/10) and scheduled for them to come from 1 pm to 5 pm on Wednesday. I was told the technician would call 30-45 minutes before coming. We never got a call so I called them and got some excuse about “40 calls”. Fine I’ll give you one grace so I rescheduled for today and was told we’d get a call for our time frame. We never got a call or any follow up. Don’t recommend this company if you actually want work done.

The team was fantastic. They techs arrived on time, were extremely courteous, and maintained a high level of professionalism. They completed the work efficiently, ensured everything was up to code and took the time to answer any questions I had. 888 staff and technicians are responsive, expert and supportive in their customer interactions and work. A couple of years ago we had 888 out to replace our heating and A/C units for our primary floor and they have worked as expected, so we just had them out again to install new units for our basement. Impressively and as a testament to their service-orientation, 888 proactively reached out to schedule one of their technicians to check on our A/C units to make sure that they were ready for the warmer weather which has been really helpful given the warmer weather this week. We highly recommend 888 to anyone seeking good customer service and expert HVAC products & installations.

Was extremely pleased with the service I received from Joe and 888 Heating and Air. He is very knowledgeable and professional. It was a pleasure to have
him in my home. He explained everything that was wrong every step of the way and did NOT try to sell me anything. I will definitely be using them again!

I decided to go with a new unit. Caleb the salesman was very knowledgeable and Non-pressuring. Very easy to work with! I had a small issue after the installation and Caleb made sure that everything was taken care of to my satisfaction and in a very timely manner!

The installation with Rich and Louis was awesome!. They were both very respectful of my home, polite, thorough and cleaned up afterwards . After the installation Rich explained everything to make sure that I knew how it all worked.

Rich came back to fix the issue with the furnace and again was very thorough and made sure that everything was working correctly before he left.

What can I say so far very pleased with this company!

A big thank you to 888! Our 22 year old AC unit finally gave up, and we sourced 5 HVAC companies and 888 had by far the best price, service, and technical due diligence.

From working with Bryan with the original quote, he was the only company that actually calculated the proper unit we needed by measuring our windows around our home and taking a look at our square footage and the direction that the sun faced our home to give us an accurate tonnage for the AC unit. Afterwards, he was very patient as he answered all my questions regarding their installation process and the quality of their work. He gave me multiple options, and the 3.5 ton unit they quoted us beat everyone for price and performance.

Within two weeks, their installers Mason and Gio came to our home at 9am, and within 7 hours, they did a fantastic job and worked very diligently to remove our old unit, and install our new system. They were extremely courteous, friendly, and professional, and made sure to put mats and pads in our home to keep it clean. Throughout the install, Mason was open to answer any of our questions and walked us through the steps of the install. Their electrician, Kenny, also stopped by to verify the wiring of the install. As an added bonus, our original quote was for a Goodman unit, and due to some supply shortages, they installed a pricier Daikin unit for the same price!

I never leave reviews this long - but I was extremely impressed by 888 and their service, and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The entire team at 888 was absolutely fantastic! I interviewed and received bids from 7 HVAC companies before ending up with them. I went with 888 because they truly took their time in the bidding process. They were the ONLY company to do a load test without me asking. The bid process took about 2 hours.

The day of the install everything went very smoothly. They took my system from 1985 and brought me right to 2020! The entire crew was professional and took the time to explain what they were doing along the way.

I am looking forward to seeing how the annual maintenance program goes with the company and will report an other review year on their progress.

Danny was absolutely amazing! Very professional and friendly. It was his second time out to my house. It was a routine maintenance check on my current system but I am looking into a new furnace and AC system. His knowledge and expertise on the different systems helped me to understand my options. Anthony did an incredible job fixing our air conditioning. On one of the hottest days of the year, he came out after hours and quickly diagnosed the issue and made the necessary repairs to provide us relief. I would highly recommend Anthony to anybody who finds themselves in the same position.
