Joe and Pat have been providing service to me for almost 20 years and I will continue to use them. They are always responsive when I have a problem and fix it the first time. And the nice surprise is the charge is always reasonable.

Pat came out today, and I was very impressed by his service. He showed up when he was supposed to (that's rare these days), and then he gave us an honest opinion that service was not actually needed and didn't even charge a trip fee. He was very friendly also. I will definitely hire Indoor Air Quality to service my A/C or boiler system in the future.

Pat and his team did a great job of upgrading and updating our HVAC system. Very knowledgeable and a respected problem solver. Estimated 3 days to replace 3 units and got the job done in 2 days and it wasn’t a simple project. Highly recommend Pat and his team. HVAC work isn’t cheap, so you want it done right and these guys do it right.

He completed the work in a reasonable amount of time and he charged a very reasonable price. He also replaced a broken part on our furnace. We would definitely use him again.

I recently had my HVAC serviced (by another company) and was told that there was a problem with the heat exchanger and the unit should be replaced. Since this was going to be significant cost I decided to get several estimates for the work. After doing a Google search I selected several companies to contact for estimates. One of the companies I selected was Indoor Air Quality. Joe from IAQ came out and inspected my current HVAC system. Joe was very knowledgeable and he comes across as a very honest person. I felt confident with his recommendations. Also, the price quotes that Joe provided were very competitive.
IAQ installed a new HVAC/AC/Heat Pump. Joe and his team did a great job. I’m very happy with the installation and the new equipment. I will recommend IAQ to all my friends.

I believe replacing a blower motor in my furnace for $830 when the highest cost for a motor I researched was $275. I also asked for a breakdown for the parts, labor and trip charge and never received a response. I will never use or refer IAQ to friends.

I had another company come out and work on my furnace who quoted a really high price to install a new mini split unit and charged me every time a tech came by my house. So I called Indoor Air Quality for a quote and not only was their price way more reasonable, Joe took the time to tell me what was wrong and why, and what they would recommend I do on my own and what to check on for the other unit that didn’t need work. I ended up calling them again six months later to check out my furnace and again, Joe told me much more about the problem than the first company and gave me recommendations on what would work best for my house.

IAQ is a great HVAC service company. Pat has repaired my whole house humidifier and upgraded my thermostat so that the system works really well. He has been so good to answer my questions and teach me about the technology. Pat and Joe are kind, courteous and professional. I recommend them for your HVAC needs.

Our AC unit broke had a leak and they were able to recharge, fill, and fix the problem quickly. AC works wonderful. The group has been really friendly, easy to communicate with, and did a great job. Also got an unexpected discount that was really wonderful.

had another company install a mini split system in a home, the company did a very very poor job. One of the units didn't work so i called these guys and they came out and spent a good amount of time trying to fix it. it took them 3 trips but they fixed it and everything works great. super friendly crew and great guys to talk to
