I’ve had a service contract w Van Genderen for a couple years now, and couldn’t be happier. Price is very reasonable and all the techs have been very professional. Today, Ryan did my spring tune up, and took the time to explain everything. He recommended a replacement part for the AC, and explained exactly why he was recommending it. Would recommend to anyone looking for an HVAC company.

Van Genderen heating and air conditioning is absolutely the best place to go with! Their team is professional, trustworthy, and extremely Fair on price. I have a 20 year old boiler system that needed a knowledgeable company to properly fix it. Keep in mind that I had a different company come out that didn't fix the issue. Van Genderen specializes in boiler systems like mine. I went to their office to discuss my situation and everyone made me feel very comfortable. After describing what was going on with my boiler they immediately sent Dave my technician to the house. I can't say enough good things about Dave and how he walked me through what needed to be repaired. Dave took the time to describe how the system operated and why he felt each part needed to be replaced. He also found out that my expansion tank was undersized for my system and causing part of my issue. Over the years we have had several technicians from other companies that did not catch this problem. He also discovered a leak from my hot water tank fitting that the other company didn't find. In the end my system is working great and I didn't feel taken advantage of. If you are looking for heating and air conditioning work to be done I highly recommend this business.

I needed to have my A/C unit serviced for the upcoming spring warm weather. I called my previous service company and was told they had no open A/C service calls open until mid to late May! They recommended Van Genderen. I called in the AM and was able to get a service call scheduled for that same afternoon!!!! The service technician that arrived was Ryan and I can't say enough about his knowledge, patience in explaining what he had found and recommending what he thought was necessary. I would definitely recommend this company and technician, Ryan, for any A/C service you might need before the really warm/hot weather.

Ryan was amazing. We needed service on a Friday night, and Van Genderen had the highest ratings. A small family business since 1946, & they were to our home within the hour, with all issues resolved (including going for parts) within 3 hours. Ryan was so professional, patient, and knowledgeable. Thank you Van Genderen We had out of town company this weekend, and the air conditioning went out. We called Van Genderen and with in one hour they had a tech at our home. A full replacement was needed, a major project. Two hours later they had the new air conditioning unit and 3 techs working on the new install. At days end we had a cool home for our guest. The first call to the office was professional and kind, with results. The 3 techs were all experience, friendly and kept us updated. We are grateful

My air conditioner, during a week when temperatures were in the mid 90’s, started sounding like a helicopter. I call Van Genderen Heating and Air and they were able to schedule a technician for the next day. Excellent customer service w/ great communication. Took care of a recall issued for my TriangleTube boiler and did an annual service. Techs were knowledgeable and friendly.

Kevin and his crew of 4 others did an amazing job of installing our new HVAC system. They were very professional and considerate, from the sales to the installation, and made sure to do things the right way. They pulled a permit, and when the Greenwood Village inspector came by the following week, he was very, very complimentary of the installation and products used, and he pointed out numerous things which exceeded code requirements.
