Got back in town to find our air handler blower wouldn't come on in cooling mode. Worked fine for heating which we just don't need in the heat of summer. Ryan came out this afternoon and quickly diagnosed the problem as a control board, sourced it, and we set up an appointment for tomorrow morning to install it after he picked it up. Very shortly after he left, he called and said his last appointment canceled, that he had the board, and could he come right back and install it? I was thrilled to have that level of commitment to service and my comfort. He could have easily called it a day and come back tomorrow. This is my third outstanding experience with Signature Heating and Air, and it will most certainly not be my last. Do yourself a favor and get Signature Heating and Air for your next HVAC service or repair. You will not be disappointed!

Had Ryan out to do the Fall furnace inspection and tune-up. He arrived on time as usual. Communicated before, during and after the call to make sure the appointment was confirmed, I understood what he was doing and to make sure I was satisfied after the call. On the day before thanksgiving and thanksgiving holiday, Signature Heating and Air company sent out people to solve my furnace problem and keep my house warm. Really appreciate for the help from Nick and Steve. They are responsible and reliable. Before they started the repair, I didn’t ask for the price, but they both charged me very reasonable price and no extra charge for holiday. They earn my trust.
