My A/C crashed on a very hot Monday and Van Genderen was able to send a tech to the house that very afternoon! The Technician, Brad, was prompt, personable, explained the problem and repairs, and provided tips for better care of the unit to extend the life. The costs were very reasonable. I will be using Van Genderen for all future HVAC repairs and replacement. I highly recommend the company!

I was able to contact Van Genderen and arrange for same day service which was greatly appreciated when our Ac failed. The associate who arrived- Dave- was absolutely professional and extremely knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the issue to get our system running again.

The day before Christmas Eve 2020, and what do our wandering eyes find in the bloody, frozen morning? That the doggone Furnace has FAILED. Epic Failure..... But, Van Genderen had left a sticker in place on our furnace (from previous owners several years prior), and low and behold - ANSWERED our CALL! BTW, several other providers were called first (our neighborhood directory had a couple others listed - which DIDN'T Answer their phones). So in short, Dave Owens - our service tech- arrived within thirty minutes of our call, and diagnosed and repaired our problem within 30 minutes.

Dave was not only very professional, but also personable, and knowledgeable, and taught a couple Air Force Aircraft Mechanics a thing or two about HVAC :).

We could not be happier, or warmer right now.... just before Christmas Eve. Thank you SO MUCH!

We had a ductless air conditioner/heater installed by VanGenderen. The installation team arrived exactly on time, and finished the job on schedule. They were polite, as quiet as possible (my husband had just had surgery), and they kept everything super clean--no mess to clean up after they left. They did a great job, and we love the air conditioner. I love this company. We have used them before to repair our boiler, and I have absolutely no complaints.

As a Realtor, some of my clients had used Van Genderen and had been very satisfied with their professionalism, competitiveness, and completeness of the job in a timely manner. When I needed a new furnace and AC last year, I called Van Genderen to discuss the installation, cost, and pros and cons of the various models. Kevin and all of his office staff and crew were very thorough in answering all my questions. The installation of these two units went very smoothly. I continue to recommend Van Genderen to my real estate clients and I have also signed up for Van Genderen’s maintenance plan, which is great because I have technicians visiting my home to inspect the HVAC and AC twice a year to ensure they are working properly. Really happy with the service I received! Dave and Ryan were here on time, extremely courteous, efficient, and were super nice to my dog :) They went above and beyond - got my humidifier up and running and cleaned up the furnace in addition to the repair. I woke up to a cold house this morning and dreaded trying to work from home with cold fingers. They showed up and fixed my unit before I had my second cup of coffee! Professional service all the way including talking to their office this morning. Very satisfied with this company!

This is the company to use. Don’t bother looking anymore. I have had three HVAC companies look at my AC, each one suggesting very expensive repairs. Van Genderen was the fourth company I interacted with, but I wish they had been the first! So polite, courteous, and quick turnaround on the phone. The service manager came down and looked at my AC and was able to suggest a very simple solution that no one else did. He saved me THOUSANDS of dollars. They are not out to make money off you and they are honest people. This is the only company I will use from now on. They are a gem in an industry rife with untrustworthy companies.

We had a great experience with Van Genderen starting with Kevin who came out and estimated our job. He was thorough in his explanation and workings of the Bryant furnace we purchased. Janal followed up on the quote and further explained the installation procedure, and Kevin came back out with a crew and installed our new furnace, humidifier, and thermostat quickly and efficiently, hauled away our 38 year old furnace, and cleaned up the basement where they worked. I hope our Bryant holds up for another 38 years. We are very pleased and highly recommend Van Genderen.

We came back from a vacation to find our furnace was out and our house was at 49 degrees Fahrenheit. Called to ask for a technician and they sent someone out immediately. Brad showed up in less than 20min and was able to quickly figure out the issue. In less than an hour Brad had fixed our furnace. We are really happy with such quick and excellent service!

Staff was very careful (and clean), very competent, and very prompt. We got a new whole house furnace, air conditioner, and water heater installed in one day! Van Genderen has an awesome team! She was so friendly and accommodating. Brad was my technician and he was equally as awesome.
