Steve has been great helping me troubleshoot and repair my furnace issues. He's honest and provides fair pricing for his services. I'll be using signature to replace my aging HVAC system this year.

Our furnace was making a really loud noise when it came on. I checked it out and there was definitely something wrong with it. I called Signature Heating and Air late this morning and they were able to have Ryan come to our home and repaired by 3:00 this afternoon. We have used them in the past and I highly recommend them for all of your HVAC needs, whether you just need a repair or a whole new system.

John contacted me soon after I asked for help. He guided me to check a few key factors for my furnace problem. That was very kind of him, because that was Sunday evening. He scheduled to send someone the next day. Monday, Jonathan called to ask if I am ok to let him start the job sooner than planned due to a cancellation. I told him, great. He was able to idendify the possible cause of my furnace' short cycling. With 5 minutes he adjusted the ISU and the cycling became normal. Joni was quick, pleasant, and answered all my questions. I really appreciate his work and will definitely call Signature again for HVAC problems.

I have been a customer of Signature Heating & Air for many years. When my furnace went out years ago on Super Bowl Sunday, Steve, the owner, came right over and luckily it was the thermostat.
Just last week the 21 year old furnace died. Again, Steve came to the rescue!! Yep, I needed a new furnace. He and his crew were so professional and very efficient.
So pleased with my new furnace. Can’t even hear it when it is on.

When our furnace stopped producing heat, we called Signature and they arrived ON THE SAME DAY. Just charged us for the service call and got our furnace up and running without the need for expensive repairs. They have taken care of all our previous heating and air conditioning problems over the years and we highly recommend them!

On time, clean, polite, well prepared, experienced, and did more than I expected. Highly recommend. They also did my complete system replacement many years ago and at that time also corrected poorly laid out and shoddy ductwork from original homebuilder. Contacted Signature Heating and Air to set up an appointment to do standard maintenance on our heaters. They were able to get someone out the next day. Johnny was our technician. A speedy and reliable team of 4 arrived at the time they said they would. They got to work and had my AC and furnace installed in 2 hours. Spent some time after to set up and test my thermostat. Clean install.

Steve was wonderful, Signature Heating and Gas was on time polite and helpful. Steve made the repairs to our furnace quickly and was very reasonably priced. Steve was punctual for the appointment he was polite, diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed the problem immediately. My go to for any heating and air-conditioning issues has been Signature Heating & Air for several years now. They have always been reasonably priced, always on time, and truly honest company.
A great example was this past Saturday night around 7 PM my furnace would not come on. With a very cold night ahead, I contacted Signature Heating & Air, and within an hour John arrived, diagnosed the issue, and quickly had the heat back up and running. My family and I were incredibly grateful.

We had Signature Heating & Air assess our existing whole house humidifier and it was determined that there was an issue with it and the best solution was to replace it with an AprilAire 720A fan powered humidifier. Steve provided a quote that was well below that of the company that originally installed the HVAC system. The installation crew arrived on time, worked efficiently and cleaned up well after they were finished. They explained to me what they were doing and how to operate and maintain the new humidifier to achieve optimum performance. I was very pleased with the entire process and would highly recommend Signature Heating & Air, Inc. for any HVAC needs.

We requested service for odd noises and progressive loudness when our old furnace started up, shut off and while running. The technician diagnosed and tightened everything up and it is now quiet all the time. I am impressed. I have a family member who has also received outstanding service from Signature. Always prompt and professional service. Had a problem today with a furnace issue and made an appointment online for Monday. Was texted back that appointments were available today, a Saturday if we were interested. I replied yes and Ryan came out and fixed our issue and was very professional and courteous. I decided to contact Van Genderen and get their second input. Brad came out, and he knew exactly what he was doing. He was professional, smart and quick. He walked me through what was going on and now how to properly maintain my HVAC system. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Van Genderen!

Prior to contacting Van Genderen, I had another Tech from a different AC repair company (Denver's Best heating and repair) came over and wanted to replace my entire HVAC system. The guy inspected my unit WITHOUT any tools and gauges; and just by "looking at it" he could tell it wasn't going to be able to get fixed. He said I had a refrigeration leak, and I was out of Freon. This was a sales man, not a repair man.
