I highly recommend Van Genderen Heating and Air, they provide quality, experienced and professional employees and work! We have an older boiler from the 80’s and Brad and Ryan did a great job servicing and updating it so it continues to run smoothly! We also updated our thermostats because they still had mercury in them. Also, I really like that they are a smaller company which I have found helps maintain the quality of the work that needs to be done, which is all based on the experience of the technician(s) they send over. I’ve had 3-4 prior negative experiences with those other large companies that say they service my boiler, but they don’t have experience with older boilers and they have actually made the boiler run worse. We will definitely be working with Van Genderen in the future for all our HVAC needs, thank you so much!

Van Genderen's service and especially Brad's diagnosis and maintenance work during each visit is A+. They are honest and their prices are reasonable, especially considering the quality they deliver. I had a wonderful experience with Bob. He was able to troubleshoot a pretty tricky situation with our furnace (a problem that another HVAC company could not figure out). He was very knowledgeable and efficient throughout the process. We have heat again thanks to him! Thank you!!

Heat went out on a Sunday morning, and they were able to send Kevin out to us before noon. He did a thorough job of addressing the problem and of explaining the problem. We really appreciated him doing his due diligence and educating us about how to avoid or catch the issue earlier in the future. Was our first time going with Van Genderen, will be sticking with them.

Surprise, came home after two weeks in Arizona (02-01-2026).
Found that the furnace had quit working. House was very cold.
Called Van Genderen Heating right away.
They had the Tech in route within 10 minutes. (Ryan) He was at my home 25 minutes after that.
He was well dressed and polite. He Quickly informed me of the history of prior work (5Years ago) done on the furnace.
He was able to quickly fine the problem. No wasted time in doing so.
He informed me of the issue , quoted the price and the estimated time of completion.
He completed the repairs as explained with no wasted time or charges.
Ryan was great .
Van Genderen is the go to Company to get the service you need at the right price and no wasted time or additional charges.

VanGenderen put in a furnace and air conditioner today Kevin, Ryan and Brian arrived promptly at 7:30am and were done by 2:30. All three
were very careful to protect my home from any damages that might occur.. They were knowledgeable, efficient and professional. all 3 went above and beyond to make sure everything was working correctly and gave me a tutorial for working with my new system. To say the least, I am very satisfied with the work performed. In addition, Janel and Sarah in the office were delightful and very helpful in arranging the installation and financing for the project. I highly recommend them for your HVAC needs.

As always, IAQ did a great job on our AC service. Even more, around the same time, my mom’s AC stopped working and a different company was telling her she needed to buy a new AC to the tune of $3k. I told her to call IAQ for a second opinion. They came out, turned on a valve, and for a service fee her AC was fixed. These guys are great and trustworthy.

Pat was timely, readily diagnosed our problem and repaired it the same day. In addition, we were given options for the repairs including prices. We have always had very positive interactions with IAQ over a number of years and only use their services.

Although every company is overbooked, Joe came promptly this AM, explained our options clearly and rearranged his schedule to accommodate our emergency. His crew was efficient hard working and professional. We would recommend them without reservation.

IAQ did an amazing job replacing our AC and furnace! They installed great equipment and treated our home with respect. We had a heat wave right after the new AC was put in and our house never felt better!

Had water damage due to a frozen pipe from the upstairs unit and it flooded our furnace. Called Pat and he was able to come out same day, inspect and repair the furnace. He also quoted a replacement furnace due to the amount of water damage and the price was very reasonable. Very happy with the service provided. Will absolutely recommend and use these guys again. Our furnace stopped running and I made several calls. Two went unanswered and the third couldn't come out until the next day. Pat was there that afternoon and fixed the problem right away. Very knowledgeable and only performed the work needed.

Our original installer is retiring. Joe arrived on time. He found a few inconsistencies with the original installation and corrected them. His charge was reasonable. Yes, I recommend IAQ and will call them again.

When they initially came out to give me an estimate last year they were very nice and professional. However, I have been trying to hunt them down to deliver my quote for several months and just gotten radio silence or a runaround when I call them directly. Would have been nice to receive a "not interested" so I could get on someone else's calendar.
