Walter was outstanding. I had been trying to fix my toilet for quite a while and ended up spending more on DIY attempts than I would have by simply calling a professional. Walter showed up, identified the issue immediately, and had everything working again within an hour. I would absolutely recommend him a true 10 out of 10.

My garbage disposal went out and I needed it fixed asap - Luke from homeservice plumbers was able to come in hours - and it’s snowing today!

He fixed it quickly and efficiently and was very helpful and happy to explain what he was doing and the details because I wanted to learn. He left everything clean and did an excellent job.

It’s also got a one-year warranty if I have any issues, which I really appreciate.

I’m very grateful and highly recommend this family-owned business!

Fast! My experience with HomeService Plumbers was fantastic. Brandon was professional, courteous, and got right down to business.

I had two toilets that were gurgling and slow to flush. I was concerned one of my children had flushed something bad down them both. Brandon came in and cleared them both effortlessly.

I can’t express how much of a positive experience it was to work with Homeservice Plumbers (Colorado) on our water heater replacement. The water heater we replaced was over 20 years old and we decided it was time to replace it, even though it hadn’t crapped out on us yet, but for the right price. We had a flexible budget but we knew we wanted to stick to it and not feel like we were overpaying for something we knew at the time was just precautionary. Justin came to our house and presented us with clear options but he went above and beyond talking with his supervisor, Ben, on not just bringing the cost down but bringing it down to meet our budget; and we got to be on the schedule the following day! We know as a business they didn’t have to negotiate at all so the fact they did blew us away. Huge thank you to Justin and Ben for that! The following day, Marcus G. arrived to do the work and he was done in about 4 hours (which even included a pause so he could run to the shop and back); it was a pleasant surprise to see how quickly he was able to get everything done including that pause and in the end everything looked great! Everyone involved was friendly and professional and we couldn’t appreciate you guys more for this entire experience from beginning to end. You guys have a customer for life for our future plumbing needs. Thank you so so much!

I called because our toilet was acting up and when Walter got here it seemed ok. Walter cleaned it out with his auger just to be sure. He was a perfect gentleman and professional. As it turned out there was no charge because they were out in December during the power outage. Thank you very much!!

Excellent service! The plumber arrived promptly to check an odor coming from a drain. He quickly identified the issue and explained that simply adding water to the drain would solve it. He was very polite, professional, and honest—and didn’t charge me anything for the visit. I really appreciated the transparency and great customer service. Highly recommend!

I have to confess that I accidentally called home service plumbers and wow am I glad I did. Three people showed up at various times and they were all awesome representatives. Walter was the last and outstanding service. I'd recommend them to anybody!!!

I wouldn’t even give these guys one star!! Terrible craftsmanship and I highly doubt anybody is qualified at that company!! I’m having a brand new house built and the plumbing is horrendous. Not only did I find that they don’t know anything about water distribution but they put a 2” floor drain downstream of my washer box… I asked them to fix it and they even screwed it up again!! It also would’ve been nice to communicate with them but they couldn’t even understand what I was telling them… they flat out do not care about your home.

Promp return on phone and service. Problem fixed without mess. Tj was polite and respectful of our home and cleanup. Good job!

Amazing experience!! Had an emergency over the weekend and they were out within 24 hours of us contacting them. TJ was great - so informative and had a solution for us within an hour!!

Phil showed up exactly on time and was really a good person and easy to talk with. He checked out our water pressure, which I was concerned about, and verified I needed a pressure relief valve. He was almost $3,000 below an estimate from someone else. He took care of it same day. I will definitely use them again

I just purchased a home and it needed plumbing repairs post inspection. Phil and the team at Altitude Plumbing quickly came out to consult on the needed repairs, prepared an estimate and then after I closed, they came out to conduct the repairs. They're follow through, communications and quality of their work is top notch! I fee very fortunate to have a plumbing service that I fully trust for any future needs I have.
