Absolutely fantastic experience! I had a plugged shower drain. I called expecting to schedule an appt in the next week. Zach was at my house just over 1 HOUR later. The job was done. Good price. Excellent service. I would use Altitude again and recommend to anyone.

We had our hot water heater thermostat throwing error codes. After calling altitude we not only able to come out and diagnose the issue but get our hot water back in place with a thermostat swap same day.

Needed my pressure reducing valve replaced. Whoever built my home put it on the wrong side of the main shut off - in order to replace it, the water had to be turned off at the street. They were able to get me in within a few days and Phil made quick work of the job. Even honored a quote he gave me about a year ago, while at my house taking care of a leak. I am in the process of selling my house, and as part of the inspection agreement, I had budgeted a specific amount for the buyer-requested repairs. My real estate agent recently informed me that a plumbing repair was needed, which she believed would not be expensive.

Upon further investigation, I discovered that the individual who conducted the inspection and advised us on the budget was a general contractor, not a licensed plumber. As a result, the initial estimate for the plumbing repairs was significantly underpriced.

They were incredibly kind and understanding, working with me to adjust the pricing and repairs so that I could stay within the inspection agreement budget. I'm the owner of a small restoration company, we're usually the ones that homeowners call when a mess needs cleanup, but we also need plumbers to assist with a large portion of our jobs as well to ensure the home is ready for us to clean and get back to normal living conditiions. I've had the pleasure of working with Phil, and I am excited to work with him again the future.

The water system installed is amazing. Even the the well water tested fine we wanted it cleaned further and Phil was awesome and explained everything to me.

Our 19 year old hot water heater finally went out on a Saturday. My wife and I were out of town but my son was home. Altitude Plumbing was recommended by my son’s boss. We called Sunday. Phil the owner was out of town but returned call Monday morning. They were at our house by 2pm Monday. Water heater replaced by 3:30 pm. Fast, Friendly, informative, cleanly and reasonably priced. I highly recommend.

The team at Altitude was fantastic. I needed a new quick -recovery water heater, as well as other miscellaneous things fixed in the house. They showed up promptly, worked efficiently and professionally. This was not an emergency issue, but rather a more comprehensive visit. They had 3 trucks on site for the projects. Got a quote quickly and was scheduled quickly to replace a kitchen faucet. Chose this company because the previous bidder tried to upsell me on a number of items including getting a new water heater, although I told him my water heater was only a few years old. Altitude came in and got the necessary work done.

We needed a new hot water heater. Phil was referred by a former neighbor who spoke highly of him. Phil came out and inspected our unit, then gave us a detailed price quote to replace with comparable equipment. We agreed and signed the contract via email. He kept us very well informed as he removed our old unit and connected the new water heater. We got two other quotes and Altitude was the lowest but with excellent past reviews. We also used him for some kitchen sink repairs and will hire Phil again for other plumbing needs. Great Job Phil !

This company did very fast work, and with good attitudes. We needed to excavate 20 feet of asphalt, get new pipes in, and cover the excavation area. They did it all in 1 work day. Then asphalt was laid over it 2 days later. Very minor inconvenience for our company parking lot. They also took the time to explain, in detail, the plumbing issues we've been having and they took steps to make it easier for anyone to access the pipe lines in the future.

Needed my hot water heater moved over a few inches so it would be easier to install the heater filter. Zach worked with me on an affordable solution. He was excellent. No trip charge. Thank you Zach. Sue

Zach is a great technician, very friendly and personable too. This is Zach’s second unrelated visit to our house and I asked for him by name to come and fix our main line shut off that was leaking. Absolutely amazing!!! I called to get an estimate at roughly noon on March 5th, the technician came by shortly after 1pm. We agreed to have TJ install a whole house water filtration system. By 2 pm TJ was starting the installation process. He is the most polite, professional technician we have ever had in our home. The recommendation to contact Altitude Plumbing came from our realtor, she made a facebook post and we trusted her recommendation. We are extremely happy with work performed.
