I called GTS looking for a capacitor for my ac unit, Delonna was very kind and searched for one that would work. She returned with info that it was at another warehouse in stock. I Went and picked it up and installed it. It worked perfect! I will be going to them in the future for parts that are needed. 5 stars all the way! Thanks GTS and most importantly Delonna!

Blue frog was great. Cody was an excellent plumber. He replaced all my old galvanized pipe while also keeping the area clean with clean communication throughout the process.

We're very pleased with the service we received from bluefrog. Bill was prompt, professional and personable. He worked all day on two toilets and a sink and explained the process as he went along. Fixed or installed them all. Before he left, he tested all three items, then rechecked just to make sure. We would highly recommend bluefrog, and will definitely use them again.

Uber schnell response!; polite, professional, prompt, total bill matched quote; no surprises; replaced a toilet one year ago and no problems since. Replaced a pressure valve and cleared a drain line that ran under the house. Everything functions as good as new. :) Moreover, all of this was arranged by telephone because we live overseas. The plumber contacted our renter to arrange a convenient time for repairs. We were sent the detailed bill and paid by card. A bit expensive but what plumbing isn't? We've used them twice and will do so again.

The entire purchase process was professional and seamless. Ryan Riggs handled the service call and Rheem water heater replacement throughout. Everything was done totally as represented. I was sent a text to let me know what time he would arrive, which was exactly in the time frame I had been given. He was very knowledgeable, efficient, personable and explained things thoroughly and clearly.

Great experience with Bluefrog, FREE estimate, great prices and excellent work. The tech Bill Cochran was on time, did the projects as discussed and cleaned up when finished. Everything is perfect, had him reinstall two toilets after tile work and some basic under the sink stuff. Will absolutely use them again

Brennan was great! We were given a 9-10 window and he was here right at 9 to get started. We just moved into this house a few days ago and we were watering the grass in the back yard and using the hose to clean some stuff. The water pressure seemed weak but didn’t think anything of it being a new place to us. Yesterday we had to go under the house the check something and noticed the crawl space covered in water and the rear faucet dumping water under the house. Brennan found the issue in minutes which was a split pipe on the back side of the faucet. He had parts on his van and got it fixed up real quick. While he was under the house he also noticed the HVAC hose was broken which explains why the AC hasn’t seemed to work since we moved in. Brennan went above and beyond to let our landlord know for us as well as sent photos. This was a massive help to us and greatly appreciated. While he was here we also asked him to check the front faucet as well as the bathtub drain backing up. He snaked the drain and pulled out a bandaid and plastic debris, we no longer have to stand in nasty bath water and the drain works perfectly. Over all, very satisfied with today’s call, very professional and knowledgeable, thank you!

Excellent service. Brennan was on time, established the price up-front. Was polite, professional. Got the job done effectively and efficiently. It's important to note that BlueFrog plumbers don't work on commission, so you won't get fear tactics for upselling a product/service you might not need. I highly recommend them.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Bluefrog Plumbing. I have called “Ding Dong” Plumbing for 50 plus years, but I got tired of thier outrageous pricing and upselling for things I didn’t need. Bluefrog sent Cody and he was knowledgeable and solved my problem and salvaged my equipment to save me from having to purchase a new one. Thank you Cody and Bluefrog!
