Brennan was awesome. He arrived at my home within a half hour of me calling (thanks to the person who answered the phone for that!), explained everything to me and then got right to work. He was pleasant to have in my home and cleaned up when he was finished. Top notch h service!

We used Blue Frog Plumbing recently to replace our water heater.
Luckily for us it wasn't an emergency situation so we were able to gets quotes from several companies.
Blue Frog had the most reasonable price and the service was excellent. I highly recommend them and will call them for future plumbing needs.

Needed my sump pump looked at and was able to schedule something online the night before. I was worried as I'd never used them before but could not have been happier with the service. So we were freaking out as anyone would with a leak. Our tech was fantastic was there on time and gave us a bunch of tips of how to take care of our pipes and he fixed our problem which thankfully was a caulking issue and not a ruptured pipe. We will definitely recommend and if any other problems arise I would def use this company again.

After noticing a small leak in my basement utility room, I called Blue Frog and they immediately scheduled me for a morning appointment. As scheduled, Ryan arrived within the window provided and I was able to track his location on Blue Frogs website. After accessing the leak, Ryan and Tom troubleshooted two options to fix the leak and also offered suggestions for other issues with some pipes in the utility room. After fixing the leak, the team tested the faucets to make sure I was getting hot and cold water to each fixture and they cleaned up the area after they finished the job. From being on time as scheduled to providing options for me to consider with clear communication and explanations, I’m very impressed with Blue Frog and will use them again for all my plumbing needs. Trust was certainly instilled from minute one and I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs, big or small.

Ryan had quite a different type of job with us reconnecting and positioning an ice maker in a very tight space in a commercial bar and did a wonderful job. Very patient, meticulous, and considerate. I would highly recommend their service.

If ever there was an opportunity to upsell, we were it. Our intermittently clogged kitchen sink needed something done and we would have done whatever the plumber said. He went through the options and recommended the cheapest alternative because it seemed the best one. He could have gone in the other direction but he didn’t. Additionally, he diagrammed what he thought was happening and it made sense. He also explained why he thought the other possibilities probably would not work. Then he really surprised us. He didn’t add a service call fee. That’s unheard of.
Why I chose Bullfrog? Everytime you call a plumber or other service company you must have them come to the house to inspect, at a charge, which they will include in the price of the service. As I told one company, by now you have a range of price usually associated with a drain clog. At least give me a ballpark price. They would not do it. With Bullfrog I got a price range so I knew what to expect. Best service ever. I can easily recommend them.

Appointment booking to finish, this was a five star experience. Jason arrived early and had the repair completed quickly. Jason explained it all thoroughly and gave recommendations for other items. (Make sure you get some water leak sensors…I use Govee)

Wow. I contacted several companies for a pretty simple job, and bluefrog was the fastest to respond AND did not charge a fee for the estimate.

Ryan was super professional, but also went above and beyond in his service. He was happy to give advice and share his knowledge with me. He completed the project same day, and it looks great (and no leaks!)

The pricing was fair, and upfront, and there was absolutely 0 upsale or high pressure sales tactics.

We had a gas leak at the shut off valve on the outside of our foundation due to defective and dangerous work by the original company. We called bluefrog Plumbing and Drain of Denver and they promptly sent out Jason who showed up at 7am and did not leave until late in the afternoon for two consecutive days. He had to dig down into the original installation, diagnose several original defects in workmanship and then properly replace and correct them all. It was obvious that he is a hard-working, conscientious professional who takes his responsibilities seriously. He was not hesitant to get his hands dirty, jackhammering concrete away from the edges and digging two feet into the dirt. You can be confident that he and bluefrog will exceed your expectations.

The tech did a good job snaking my drain line. He was on time and cleaned up after himself. The problem was with the cost. They dont give a fee up front, trip charge , etc. The bomb is dropped while standing in front of your torn open ceiling. Not a good business practice.

We had Bill come out yesterday, and the experience was excellent. He was professional, thorough, and took the time to answer all of our questions. The work was done efficiently and with great attention to detail. Highly recommend!
