Sad to leave this review after years of partnership with these guys. Unfortunately we had a scheduled Maintenace that nobody showed up for. When we were billed we explained what happened. After a very defensive and accusatory interaction with the owners, we provided CCTV footage proving that nobody was here. Yet instead of taking some accountability and retaining good faith with their long-term customer, they ignored invitations to meet in person and then had the audacity to send us a “past due” notice. We will not be doing business with them again.

Superior service in a world where even sub par service is hard to find. They answered the initial call with a living human on the line. What a concept... Real people on the phone to answer my questions. It was amazing. They responded quickly and did the job as they said they would. Days after the job was complete I needed more documentation and again a helpful friendly person answered the phone. My questions were answered and the docs were provided in my email before the end of the day just as they said it would be.

Highly recommend This company! We were in a pinch and needing a sewer scope on a house we were buying. After many calls to different companies none of them could accommodate us right away until we called Rocky Mountain sewer jet. They were out at the house the next day! We had the opportunity to work with Guy who was very professional and knowledgable. Hats off too Guy and Rocky Mountain sewer jet. I will be recommending them from now on.

Came back from camping and tried to do laundry/dishes and the main floor drain was clogged. Called these guys before 8 the next morning, and a service tech arrived a little after noon the same day. Erik was awesome! He was very knowledgeable and unclogged the drain in about 15 minutes. He stuck around and tested (ran kitchen sink, utility sink, washer, etc) to make sure the clog was fixed. Total job was complete in under an hour. Price seems reasonable and the service was excellent. Would highly recommend

i was referred to grayson & sons plumbers llc and i'm really happy with the service. miguel arrived right on time, was super friendly, and clearly knew what he was doing. our dishwasher was making a lot of noise, but he quickly figured out it was the pressure reducing valve and adjusted it perfectly. the last plumber didn't bother to check the psi, so it was still way too high, but miguel got it just right. he also took care of a leak in our basement fast. under our kitchen sink, we have a pretty complicated setup and were having some problems, but miguel found the best solution for now. overall, really great plumbing service and i feel confident calling them again if we need help.
