A Precise Home Inspection exceeded my expectations. They were extremely thorough and honest. They results were easy to read and understand with the help of pictures, videos and layman’s terms as they explained issues the found. If I buy another property I will 100% use their services again.

Hunter was great! He did our initial inspection when we bought the house and again a year later. Very professional, friendly and thorough with the inspection in/out side of our home. Was honest in the findings and quick to produce the report making it easy for us to schedule our annual warranty walk through.

We had an incredible experience with Hunter as our home inspector. From the moment he arrived, he was friendly, warm, and incredibly professional. He was extremely detail-oriented and thorough, yet explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and never overwhelming.

Hunter took his time and patiently walked us through each part of the inspection, making sure we felt educated and confident about the home we are purchasing. He encouraged questions, explained not just what he was seeing but why it mattered, and genuinely cared that we understood the process.

The A Precise team was very professional and very helpful. Scheduling an inspection online was easy and fast. The inspector, Hunter, was professional and thorough, covering a lot of items on the inspection that I would not have even thought to check. He provided a lot of good info and resources on the different systems in the house and what I should expect from them or how to repair them if necessary. The report included links to YouTube videos on different repairs and/or the importance of items that needed professional attention. They also included links to reputable local contractors for any work that might require professional attention.

Hunter was able to provide detailed photos and explanations of different conditions around the house, as well as recommendations for how the conditions should be fixed and/or maintained in the future. He even caught a small leak under the kitchen sink that was not showing any signs of leakage after the first pass-through of the area, but later leaked a small amount of water onto the cabinet.

The standard home inspection included a thermal scan of the whole house to check for any problems, and I added in the sewer line scope and the radon inspection for a discount when I bundled both into my inspection. The radon test takes 48 hours to complete, but is definitely worth it in a house that has a basement and no radon mitigation installed. The sewer line scope was also valuable to ensure that no major plumbing issues exist between the house and the city sewer line.

I would absolutely hire A Precise again for any future home inspections!

We were searching for someone that could change and update our kitchen without doing a complete remodel. We are so glad that we decided to use Bunderson Finishing. Cole was easy to work with, an excellent listener and communicator. We got exactly what we wanted and more, beautiful cabinets, including glass doors, a cook top hood that Cole stained to match the island cabinetry and he even changed some cabinets into drawers for a very updated look. Our new kitchen exceeded our expectations! We would recommend Cole without hesitation.

When I told him I wanted new slides for the drawers in my very old, very loved, kitchen, he got creative and was able to save my drawers and make my drawers functional again!
