We had a surprise pipe burst in the ceiling of a ground floor bedroom that was just redone with new carpeting. Ceiling, walls, and carpeting were soaked. Zack and Mark responded immediately to my call for help. They quickly found the source and brought in drying equipment before remediation of the damage. Their team was resourceful, courteous, and extremely respectful of our home and anxieties. They were professional and experienced and in a few days the room was ready for restoration. I could not have scripted a better experience.

I had a water leaked that ran to the basement as if it was raining indoors late night of Friday. After I cleaned it up and stopped the water flow, I thought that was the end to it. The next day i saw water on the floor and realized the damage was way more than I thought. I rushed and searched up for companies and found Blue Collar Contractor. He came early the same stay and immediately started working to stop and take care of the water damage! Zach and his team were great. Had a burst pipe and within hour or so after plumber fixed it they showed up to start the restoration. Zach explained the process and work began. The damaged carpet and insulation was removed and the drying process began. Over the next several days someone stopped by to make sure everything was going well on drying progress. Very professional and respectful of property.
