There are not words to express how disappointed I am with the house I purchased. They’ll lure you in with talks of quality and a warranty that protects you. However, when it is time for any warranty work, they will ghost you for months and then tell you that what you submitted isn’t actually covered. Wish I had never done business with the company. Learn from my experience.

This is my second Lokal home the I've bought. I wanted something bigger so I bought a townhouse at Parkside at Victory Ridge. I would not have bought a second Lokal home if I wasn't aware of the high build quality. The Lokal staff is top-notch. My sales person Virginia was so patient, helpful and answered all of my questions. The construction manager Leila has amazing attention to detail. I did numerous walkthroughs with her before closing. I've been living in my house now for three months and have zero issues. I think the price was reasonable and the location perfect just 10 mins to I-25 and 15 mins to the Air force academy. I have a beautiful view of Pikes Peak and I am right across from a park were I can walk my dogs. I would recommend Lokal to all my friends. I plan on living in my house for many years to come. I feel that when you buy from Lokal you are not just buying a house but your buying a home.

Maximus was amazing! He arrived 5 minutes early, and helped me make the best decision for me regarding installing bars in my shower. Romeo showed up when he said he would; he did the work that he said he would do and he did it well and for the price that he gave as an estimate. Not only that, he called a day or two later to make sure that we were happy with the work that he had done and that is pretty amazing. For us, he patched some dry-wall, tightened part of a chain-link fence, took care of getting a screen door repaired, and built a crawl-space covers -- which gives an idea of his versatility. I’ll definately be using Rome in a Day handyman services again for any projects I have.

Remodeling isn’t anywhere near my area of expertise, but luckily Romeo and his handyman company walked me through exactly what I actually wanted. Now I have a brand new kitchen and bathroom. What can I say, these guys are the real deal. Enough said.

We hired Rome In A Day to help with a tenant turn over and get our rental ready for our next tenant. Including drywall patching, painting, fixing plumbing fixtures, switching out light fixtures and everything came out perfect. They are quick to respond and very detail. Highly recommend.
