Bruce was amazing. I was in a pickle when I heard I needed to get my water heater permitted and multiple things needed to be fixed. Called around plumbers all day on a Friday and got 4-5k dollar quotes. Bruce called me back at 6 on a Friday, calmed me down, was very personable and said he would be out in a week. He came out, quotes, did the work in a couple hours and was honest with price. He made a frustrating situation east and affordable for me. Thanks so much Bruce!!!

Ben was awesome. My pipes burst in the middle of the night and Ben was there by 8 am. He even re routed them so they wouldn’t freeze anymore. I would call him before anyone else.

We had a pipe burst very early this morning in our basement. Got our water turned off and then waited until open of business today to call. Ben answered the phone, I gave him the details, told him when I’d be home that afternoon and said I’d text him our address and info. Shortly after we were home I looked at my phone and saw I had missed several calls from Ben. I immediately called him back to let him know he could come out when he was ready. He was at our house within the hour and figured out where our leak was and had it fixed in a decent amount of time.

Ben was very personable and knew what he was talking about without any unnecessary junk. We made some arrangements with him to help with some projects around our house.

I spoke with Mr Ben on one day explained what I needed done by text...he told me he was gonna schedule me an appt in a few days... didn't hear from him so callback...he said he was gonna call his partner to see when she scheduled me for and call me back in an hour....I called him back a couple days later no answer... scheduled appt thru internet no reply either.,.. totally bummed

Ben helped us with a new Gas line extension for cooking stove. Did a top notch work and excellent work ethic.

Work was done well - no issues with quality but he provided services while I ran to work and my wife and two young kids were not comfortable with him alone. He lingered around the house, waited inside after paying him, slow to leave and overall seemed to take advantage and make her feel uncomfortable.

Called for a quote and received exemplary customer service. Spoke with the service tech personally, not a receptionist, so was able to get answers efficiently. He was courteous, professional, and prompt with time and date for estimate. Haven't received service yet, but will update once I have. Also, side note: just noticing the only one star reviews all fall around the same time frame, indicating some kind of sabotage efforts.

Hey was amazing!!! It’s rare that you find people that make you feel like you’re important and make sure you’re taken care of. He went above and beyond in every way. From picking the most beautiful water fixture, to taking the time to explain how to properly turn off a water valve. I will never have a need for another Plummer! We are definitely customers for life.

Ben was very friendly and open to all of our questions. He removed our old water heater, replaced with a new Bradford White 40 gallon. He also replaced the pressure reducing valve and placed it in the up to code place. Will be using his services for any future plumbing issues and upgrades. Thank you

Great experience working with Ben! They were very professional and knew what they were doing. Installation looks great, would definitely use them in the future and recommend them to anyone needing a water heater installed. Five stars!!!

Pros: job was done well and is holding up.
Cons: he was not very personable. Was in such a rush to get stuff done and kept commenting to my husband how he did other jobs so much faster. He also took a hose piece we needed to return to get some money back for the holiday season. I understand we paid for convenience but total of 620 dollars to get a faucet installed, drain catch and two PVC pipes felt like a lot to me. Probably won't be using his service again.

Adding: he did not take the trash way from site. He threw the old faucet in my yard. I have a photo of that. He also was not there for 2 hours before I went and got the sink, which I picked out and he just didn't have the patience over video call to tell me what I needed to make sure was in the box to complete the job, as originally we didnt think we needed to replace the faucet, my phone records show he was working there for about an hour fixing the first owners bad job before I got to the store for the faucet. Also checked with my husband and we did not recieve an invoice so if you could send that, that would be great.
