Ben was awesome, I had a leak in my downstairs bathroom. He came the next morning on time. He was great at showing me everything he was doing and plan on doing to fix the problem. His price was very affordable as well.

BenTek’s quality work was most critical to the job but I also rate the company for integrity, trustworthiness and professionalism. The company came highly recommended. I would use them again!

The work BenTek did included concrete excavation, drain waste and vent piping to change location of shower and toilet, domestic water distribution for a new shower and toilet, trim for shower and toilet. The final result looked great and Bentek didn’t waste time in getting the job finished.

We had such an amazing experience with this company! Ben came out quickly to resolve our issues and gave really good advice and provided a lot of information on how to resolve the problem. Additionally I received a text with arrival confirmation and a picture of Ben who would be coming into my home!! Truly amazing customer service. I would highly recommend them. Upon arrival, to start the job, they went right to work and never stopped.
We live in an older house and they ran into a few issues. They solved every one of them.
Ben was great at keeping us updated and what was going on at all times.
Ben and his team moved the sink faucet plumbing over about 6 feet, replaced an 13 foot L section of hot water baseboard heating, replaced our toilets and changed our sink drainage pipe from a 1 1/2' to a 2 1/4".

Reasonable and fair prices. The Bentek proposal was half of another bid and their work is excellent.

Had a leak in my hot water line. The day i called Ben came over to diagnose and figure out what needed to be done, without charging a service fee. He gave me an honest quote and told me how long the job would take. Very fast and got everything done the next day I was available. Very friendly and I will hire him again in the future.

A few days before Christmas, my kitchen sink backed up and I had water gushing out from the cabinet underneath it. Bentek was able to come out faster than any of the other companies I called. About 30 minutes before they arrived, I discovered that my 20+ year-old water heater was leaking from every orifice. We'd known it was going downhill for the last few years, and it finally chose to give up the ghost. Of course it did. Because it was right before Christmas. Nice timing. Thanks again, 2020. Anyway, Ben and his assistant handled both of our problems with excellent workmanship. We had a clog in our kitchen sink drain, about 10 feet down the line. Ben cleared it, but he also took the time to give me instructions on how to handle it myself so I wouldn't have to hire someone for that kind of problem in the future. I always appreciate it when a contractor is willing to share expertise that actually loses them business. We wanted to change our hot water heater to a tankless version, which wasn't immediately available due to COVID-related supply issues. But Ben got it in as quickly as possible and did a beautiful job of installing it. It had to be vented differently than the old water heater, so he had to run a new line that vented out to the side of our house. He treated our home as if it were his own and put everything that had to be disrupted back together even better than the state in which he'd found it. His attention to detail and knowledge of his trade are top notch. I already have plans to have BenTek take care of upcoming summertime plumbing projects. I highly recommend this company. And our family is chock-ful of military peeps, so we loved that BenTek is veteran owned--total bonus!

My husband and I are brand new homeowners in the Springs and because of this lovely housing market we are in, we had to buy the house of our dreams with pretty much all the original housing fixtures. Our water heater was over 20 years old and was only supposed to last 12 years, so within a few weeks of moving in, we had to relight our pilot light so often we realized we just needed a new one. We bought one ourselves from a home improvement store and since we are new to the area, we had no idea that it was an entire song and dance (city inspection, permits etc) to get it installed. We understand the importance of it, but it was a new thing for us! My father in law gave us Bens number as someone recommended him to my father in law for any plumbing related issues. I called him about 9 am one morning, explained the situation, and asked if he was able to help. Within an hour or so, he was at our house and took a look at our situation. We ended up buying a 50 gallon tank, and our old one was only a 40 gallon, so extra work was needed to be done in order for it to fit correctly. Just more reason I shouldn’t try to do home improvement without talking to a professional first! Since it was a larger tank, plumbing needed to be rerouted and upgraded to ensure it passes inspection and is brought up to code. I was terrified of the cost because it sounded like a lot of work. Ben gave me the estimate and I was thrilled with how reasonable it was! He said he could install next day, and I was so impressed! He showed up on time the next day and was incredibly polite and professional. He finished up his work same day and we’ve been so happy with the work since. He is definitely our go to guy the next time I think I want to upgrade plumbing or need anything fixed! Thanks again!

I had a rental house where some cold water pipes froze. I contacted Bentek Plumbing on Thumbtack and Ben responded to me very quickly on the night of Dec 23rd. He gave me some good advice and could try to come out if a leak showed up even during the busy holidays. Fortunately, the pipes thawed and didn't leak, so I didn't need Ben to come out but I greatly appreciated his help and would use him in the future.

Ben and his apprentice replaced my water heater 5 months ago. I was very impressed with their professionalism during the install. They had to reroute some of the pipes since the new water heater is a little larger than the old one and the entire install looks great, works great, and they even went the extra mile to find some new shims to make sure everything is nice and level. I’ve always been extremely impressed with Bentek’s ability to quickly diagnose the issues and lay out a variety of solutions based on budget, noting the pros and cons of each. Ben the owner is a talented plumber with high attention to detail and I know he commands the same from his employees and any subcontractors involved. He’s happy to address a wide range of plumbing projects from basic residential service and installation needs all the way up to large scale multimillion dollar commercial projects. I just wish he was still in Texas so we could hire him and his team for renovations to our apartment portfolio.
