Fyxon offers quick thorough services! When I had water damage they were present almost immediately with their equipment and professional experts. Seth thoroughly inspected my roof, and Geoff and Louis patiently explained the clean up and restoration process! Would definitely use them again......just hope no more frozen pipes!!!

I would definitely choose Fyxon again if required. We had a leak in our kitchen ceiling and they were over for mitigation the same day. Luis was very professional and extremely communicative-he gave me his number and said to call or text anytime, and he actually meant that! Mitigation was done very quickly and the only hold up was on my insurance company. Once construction started, Blaine and the team always put the customer first. There were a few hiccups along the way but they always made sure to make it right. The work they contracted out was done very well, no issues there. Also the cleaner was amazing!! She went above and beyond. Amber from Admin was extremely helpful with invoices and explaining payments, and even helped move the ball with my adjustor when they were hard to reach. Even though this was long and drawn out due to my insurance, I never felt forgotten about with Fyxon. Shout-out to Sarah and Finn for their polite calls to schedule. Overall very happy with Fyxon, if they keep putting the customer first and communicating well they will go far!
