Had a residential concrete fence installed by Derksen. Daniel showed up for an estimate and site planning. Extremely professional and provided good feedback where I was unsure about what to do. The crew that came made sure to let us know when they arrived before starting for the day and got the job do e quickly. They made sure to touch up our landscaping in the areas that were affected by the job. Overall, extremely satisfied and would 100% recommend this company if you need a project taken care of.

Great product and professional service. They offer higher quality concrete posts and rails that will last in the CO elements and are very responsive to customer requests. We had some landscaping done after the fence was installed and they came back to reinstall the gate (that the other workers removed) at no charge. Highly recommend Derksen Concrete Fences!

Derksen put in a beautiful concrete fence for my neighbors. During the process a couple of my concrete horizontal fence pieces (adjacent to their new fence) were dislodged and cracked. I sent an email out to them explaining the issue, and the next morning the owner of the company had called me to apologize and promise they would make it right. Later that same day they had a crew at my house fixing/replacing those couple horizontal posts. The finished product looks great. I am very pleased with not only their work but moreso their professionalism and integrity.

We recently had our concrete fence installed by Derksen. There were a few scheduling issues we had to work out, but overall a great experience. The crew was very professional. It was clear they took extra care with our landscaping and even replaced everything they had to move afterwards. Would definitely recommend.

Derksen Concrete Fences did an excellent job on our fence at a new build. They installed just after the landscapers finished our hardscaping and the team was careful to replace all rocks and mulch surrounding the new fence posts. Paint was applied after install and matched the pre-existing community fencing exactly. Derksen was also in touch with our HOA to make sure the application of mesh fence for the dogs was within the landscaping design regulations. Highly recommend Derksen for concrete fencing!

Derksen did a great job with our fence. They even put some chicken wire fence for us on a small portion of fence that was already in place. Our gate was located on a pretty steep slope, and they made that small portion look fantastic with angled railings. Highly recommend them!

The Derksen team did an amazing job on our fence in challenging weather conditions. They worked expeditiously and were professional and courteous throughout the process. Due to the weather challenges, there was slight settling of one post (by our gate) - we spoke with the owner, and a crew came out the very next day to make sure it was corrected. The fence is beautiful, and our pup loves his new freedom! We highly recommend working with their team - professional, detail-oriented, and they back up their work.

Rock solid company. Very smooth and easy process from beginning to end. From permits to the final product, everything went well. The crew was very professional and friendly and very courteous and installed in a timely manor according to the quoted time frame.

While the fence Derksen installed is great and we are happy with it, I cannot give them a great review - and that is based on a few ancillary things that we experienced with them. Maybe they are just experiencing a rough patch as their previous reviews are mostly excellent, but the whole situation that I outline below with them could have been handled better - everything would have been a lot smoother if they had just communicated with us better.
1. The most serious thing was that they severed a line of our sprinkler system while digging one of the post holes. Derksen states on their contract that they are not responsible for sprinkler systems, and that’s fine. But at least tell us that it happened, we didn’t know that anything was wrong until days later when we tried using our system. If we had known, we pcould have had someone out to repair much more quickly, but instead, we had to wait until their was availability, and at this point, we have damage to our brand new lawn.
Last point on this - the crew could never say that they didn’t know, when we found the break, the line was mangled and you can tell it got caught up in the auger they use to dig the holes.
2. In the course of installing the fence, the crew understandably has to move rock out of the way to install the fence. I noticed after installation there were areas that they had not put any rock back, we had a drip line and weed block exposed, as well as our border with the neighbor missing all of the rock. I reached out to Derksen to take care of this, they replied they would take care of it, and as of now they still haven’t been by. Not to mention they charge a $900 landscape fee.
3. We also wanted to get window well covers through Derksen. We were told someone would be out to do measurements, then we wouldn’t hear anything for several days. We reached out to Derksen to find out what was going on and they wouldn’t know if someone came out to do the measurements. Sometime after that they told us they would install them at the same time as the fence, but as it turns out, they did not. We ended up calling another local company - called them on a Thursday, the guy came out to do measurements the next Monday, and we had our covers installed that Thursday.

I was looking to do a concrete fence for the overall product durability, wooden fences seem to degrade rather quickly. I had a great experience with Derksen fence, they came out to do an on the spot estimate for our newly built home. The owner was very responsive with all my inquiries.

The fence was installed within two days and the workers even swept the sidewalk when they were done. Great experience, I would do business with them again!

They came out today to fix the gate on my concrete fence that was sticking. I had tried everything I could to fix it but was unsuccessful.. Eric reset the pole quickly and now it closes perfectly. I highly recommend!

I am happy with the price and quality. They were very easy to work with. I am glad I scheduled the work far in advance because they are super popular and busy for good reason. During install it went quickly with the large crew they sent out and they did a good job keeping the existing landscaping in good shape.
