Jurgen, the owner of CCP Restoration did an incredible exterior restoration on our home from roof to stucco, gutters, and paint. They also added a stone accent on the front which really transformed our home. Excellent company and owner!

CCP Restoration redid our roof and gutters while we were in the process of selling our home. The communication was awesome throughout the entire process from start to finish. Roof upgrades were even accommodated in such a short notice. We highly recommend CCP Restoration to everyone who needs work done on their house.

I highly recommend CCP-restoration. They replaced my roof 2 times. After a hailstorm 2 years ago and again this year after a hailstorm. I cannot say enough good things about this company. They made it so easy for me. They dealt with my insurance company, quickly did repairs, and did a fabulous job of cleaning up. I have yet to notice any missed nails on my property. From stucco and faux stone work to roof repair and other interior work, Snyder/CCP have always performed professionally and delivered exceptional work. As the customer, I am informed on how the project will be completed and given progress updates throughout the project. I have always been extremely satisfied.

I spent weeks searching for a roofer I could trust and finally found that in Jurgen. He repaired my concrete tile roof on time and for a reasonable price. Jurgen kept me informed throughout the process and made recommendations for my aging roof but was never pushy or tried to upsell me. The search is over!

Our remodel project involved the following: - Jurgen inspected the roof for hail damage, met with insurance, and handled the complete claim on our large difficult roof. We upgraded to a beautiful ******** class- 4 Impact resistant shingle. The insurance savings on this will make up for the additional cost in about 4 years. - Replaced all gutters to 6" which gave a beautiful accent along with excellent water control. - Recolored our stucco using synthetic stucco - Repainted all exterior trim I have recommended CCP to several other friends and highly recommend him to anyone!

During the summer of 2020, Jurgen and CCP Restoration completed a major project on my house and I could not be more pleased. I was introduced to CCP Restoration when they replaced the roof on my parents house several years ago. When it came time to do work on my house I knew exactly who I was going to call and I couldn't be more pleased that I did. The work included a new roof, new gutters and downspouts, resurfaced stucco, new stone, and new garage doors. From an administrative side, Jurgen made this process painless. He was on top of all of the insurance paperwork, making sure that everything was covered as well as insuring that all of the work being done was brought up to code. He and his workers were extremely professional, courteous, and competent. The work done was to the highest standards and we could not be more pleased with the outcome. I would recommend Jurgen and CCP Restoration to anyone looking to have home repairs done.

Jurgen (CCP Roofing & Restoration) was wonderful to work with. We had the following done to our property:
- board and batten added to the gables on the house
- new roof on the house (including solar panel removal/reinstall)
- new gutters on the house
- new roof on one of the out-buildings
- new gutters on two of the out-buildings
Jurgen took charge of all of the work being done, and made his presence known (something we truly valued). Some of the work was accomplished while we were out-of-town, and Jurgen kept us updated as to the progress via phone/text/emails/photos. All of this was done professionally/considerately/courteously. Jurgen's crews were very conscientious in keeping the property clean after each days accomplishments.

The roof on my mother's home, installed 25 years ago, had accumulated a lot of hail and wind damage through the end of last year. I had six companies consider the repairs needed before I found Jurgen. His was the only company that considered all aspects of a total roof replacement and restoration, in a complex configuration covering the house itself, a large patio with skylights, plus a garden shed. Past winters, we experienced ice dams that made the entrance into the home dangerous. Jurgen listened to our concerns, and every tiny detail was carefully considered and explained, including the need for new, more oversized gutters, an ice dam shield, downspouts, surround drip edge flashing, and the addition of turtle vents. Jurgen noted that existing roof vents did not need to be replaced but instead took great care to paint the existing vents to look new, matching the color of our new roof. The shingles used on the job were GAF. The addition of a ridge cap now enhances the roof line. The CCP work crew was on time with the delivery of the materials and the excellent completion of all the work. The replacement skylights are constructed with Low-e glass, which is an incredibly positive and customized upgrade to the home. With the Low-e glass, we now experience less heat and sun fading on the patio.
The crew’s clean-up was extensive, and I could not find one roofing nail left behind. Jurgen managed and assisted his team with the project during the entire process. Not often someone can say a company owner actively participates in completing the project. My mother and I could not be more pleased with the quality and professionalism of CCP and the whole work project. We highly recommend CCP Roofing & Restoration, Inc. and will use them in the future for all our roofing needs.

Jurgen Snyder, owner of CCP Roofing & Restoration, and his crew repaired different areas of our concrete tile roof on two separate occasions and replaced two roof mounted skylights. As often the case, the extent of the repairs was not completely known at the start. Jurgen was especially good at keeping us informed, as the work progressed, when conditions changed. Jurgen is hands-on, working with his crew to actively manage the work. This allows him to control quality, scope and costs. Jurgen assisted us with 2 roofing projects this fall: a complete re roofing project on a smaller house and a repair to a persistent leak. He is a pleasure to work with and I appreciate his professionalism. He will stand by his work and see an issue through. This was the case with the leak which was not easy to figure out. He insured all special code requirements were met for low roof pitch and elevation. With a strong background in storm related claims Jurgen worked directly with my insurance company, providing the information required to process the hail damage claim. In addition, Jurgen's recommendation to install a Class 4 impact-resistant roof will result in continual premium saving over time. Jurgen keeps you well informed throughout the project and is very easy to work with. I requested a sun tunnel be installed during the roof replacement. This is a company that always looks out for you and wants to do it the right way. We were getting water after another roofing company of the previous resident did a extremely poor job on flashing. Jurgen was quick to respond, and very informative, and very open with what the issue was, and what it would take to fix it. CCP Roofing documented the process well with pictures and good communication, always willing to explain the problem and point items out. I didnt feel pressured to go with them either and he even offered to give other recommendations if we wanted to go with someone else. Can’t say anything but “great job”by Jurgen and his crew. They installed new roofing caps on our home, new boots on our utility vents and put new sealant on several spots. Work was completed in one day. They cleaned up their work beautifully. We highly recommend Jurgens company.

Jurgen Snyder of CCP roofing is a good man, and communicated very well with me during the process of replacing my roof. He responds to texts and calls in a timely way. He is a person of integrity and does what he says he is going to do. The quality of my roof replacement is outstanding. The crews for both unloading materials and doing the actual roof replacement were on time, polite, considerate of my yard and the neighborhood, and cleaned up carefully. The install crew worked so hard and did an excellent job. Jurgen came by to do a final check and did some touch up painting and clean up himself. He is not one of those "remote" business owners. He is right in there with the workers. I could not be more pleased.
