Joe and company took an entire day to prep the unusual floor of our barn and were able to preserve a built in work bench and rustic wall we wanted to keep.
Converting smelly old dirt into a beautiful, smooth concrete floor was no easy task, but we couldn't be happier with the result.
Joe keeps every promise and the work is done on time, for the agreed upon price, and exceeds expectations.
We're grateful we found them and recommend them highly to anyone in need of quality cement work.

Joe & Megan just wrapped up a project to redo our front pathway and front porch stoop and lay a new path to the backyard. The final product is just gorgeous!! We couldn't be more pleased. Their bid for the project was actually lower than other estimates we received, and they didn't try to upsell us on anything. Most importantly, their standard of work is top notch!! 10/10 recommend J&M Concrete!

Had them tear out and replace the majority of our patio that was cracked and settling. Great service from start to finish and the finished patio looks great. Very communicative through the whole process and provided honest feedback and quoted lower than others. Highly recommend!

This review is a year in the making. J&M did work for us in the fall of ‘20. We did not want to post a review for a year so we could write a true and in-depth review. I can say without a doubt that you will get the best quality and bang for your bucks with this company. Joe did the quote and work himself. Yes he had help. He was honest and upfront. He did not tell us what we wanted to to hear. Originally we wanted to extend our patio out but there was a dip in our yard. Joe said he would not do the work because of the dip (running water would have caused cracks eventually). Let that sink in for a minute…he was about to lose business because he told us what we did not want hear. We then decided to move the patio by the retaining wall which workout better than expected. Along with the patio we add more to our original patio laterally and a sidewalk from the front to backyard (this was worth it alone). I am not a expert with concrete but my grandfather did have is own commercial concrete foundation business back in Texas. He would tell me as a little boy, “your work is your signature”. J&M work is in my opinion, the best in the business. I encourage everyone to get multiple bids. With that said I have zero doubt that going with J&M you will be 100% pleased. If you doubt me do not doubt our dogs. They loved them too! I almost forgot to add this. My grandfather use to put coins in the concrete for good luck. To honor my grandfather I asked Joe to put a half dollar coin (2020, I ordered them) in the three areas he added. He did it for us.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Joe, his wife and their team. Their professionalism, communication, and craftsmanship is unlike any I've ever worked with. Joe not only helped us design our side yard, but our project turned out so much better than we could have expected.

Joe, Megan and their team did a fantastic job setting up a new patio in our backyard! Even though there were delays due to unforeseen circumstances, he was able to get everything done in a timely manner and create a very good looking, finished product. I would highly recommend!

They were exceptional and surpassed expectations. There were some challenges in the project but they did right by us and communicated clearly throughout. Very professional, friendly and timely. Once I was able to receive and approve the estimate the workers were out on m property within a week. The work was done well and quickly. The owner was very accommodating with my questions and always kept me up to date on progress. I would recommend this company for any landscaping needs.

I had The Landscaper LLC place an irrigation system in both sections of front yard, garden and back yard. They also placed sod and rock around the north and west side of our back yard. My experience was great from the first visit through the final product. Crew members were hard working and very knowledgeable with their trade.

The Landscaper, LLC was nothing short of spectacular in transorming our fornt and back yards. We asked Tomas to provide us with a design that was kid friendly in addition to gorgeous. They exceeded all of our expectations. After the job was completed the clean-up was nothing was professional and fast. My neighbors were sitting around in disbelief regarding the speed and cleanliness of the work performed. It was very important to us to affect our neighbors as little as possible with messes. The Landscaper, LLC again exceeded all expections. We plan on using them for future projects.

Tomas built a beautiful stone wall for us that reflects the historic character of our Manitou Springs location.

Tomas and crew rerouted flood water drainage from street which was starting to undercut my deck with an amazing rock lined open culvert. They also build a dry stacked boulder wall to prevent more soil erosion along my very steep drop off into Red Rock Canyon: Functional and attractive. The work involved lots of digging with machinery in narrow, steep terrain. They did a great job, were pleasant to work with, responsive to my questions & concerns and the billing was totally clear and up front. Highly recommend The Landscaper.

The Landscaper is a great company for exterior landscaping. We have a large backyard that needed a lot of work. They were able to xeriscape the whole thing in 8 days and cleared the whole thing say 1. We thought it would take much longer to do but the crew was super quick. very professional and nice. They cleaned up everything and we’re right on for the original quote given. Definitely would recommend for any landscaping needs.

We used Landscaper, LLC for a major landscaping remodeling project. They helped us reduce our grass footprint, install new beds, paths, build a rock wall, planting, replace some dead sod, basically everything. Their attention to detail is excellent, we were happy with everything they did. The workers were great, they showed up on time and the one day they had to go to another site I got a call from the owner to let me know so I wasn't wondering where they were. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to do a landscaping remodel.
