Casco Construction built our new home last year. Many people told us we'd be lucky if our marriage survived building a custom home. On the contrary, it was a great experience! If you choose the right builder, it will be a fun year. Mike Casimiro and his whole crew - our excellent foreman Alex, Seth, John, Kevin, Gina, etc, are all great people and Mike only uses subcontractors who fit the same mold. Mike is as honest a man as you will ever meet. Don't get me wrong, there will be many unforeseen problems, issues and costs on a large project, but with someone like Mike, who clearly has your best interests at heart, resolution will be easy. Our lot was difficult - on the side of a hill in an area with no cell communication, but Mike and his crew worked through all the difficulties with good cheer. The finished product is beautiful - the envy of all our friends and neighbors! I highly recommend Casco Construction for any building project!

The staff and Operations manager are such a positive asset to Casco. They took the time to consult with me on 2 other properties last year before we knew we were heading into this one. Along the way with this project they were knowledgeable and responsive with our questions. We also appreciate our site supervisor's hard work and attention. He was very pleasant to work with.

Casco construction built our home 4 years ago. Many people who have built homes told us it was the worst year of their lives. To the contrary, it was one of the best years of our lives! Working with Mike Casimiro and his team, including foreman Alex Du Fur was a pleasure. Were there any complications? Of course - building a house is an extremely complicated project with lots of moving parts. But Mike is the most honest contractor we have ever encountered. Together, we worked through the complications and came up with equitable solutions. Mike always had our best interests at heart, and still does. A big complaint many of our friends have with their builders is that once they move in, they can never get a response to their "punch lists," and their builder disappears. Not Casco.. Recently, at his own expense he replaced a section of concrete on our driveway that had badly cracked a while back. His prude in his product just couldn't bear letting anyone see those cracks. Casco Construction is a rare find, and we are grateful we chose them to build our home!

We hired Casco Construction for an interior office remodel just under 10,000 sf, while the rest of our building was occupied. We had some complex details involving codes, keeping some bathrooms open while others were under construction and avoiding damage to in-floor heating tubes. They did excellent work, managed their subcontractors well, responded quickly to all our requests and finished on time to avoid impacting a special event. We are very satisfied with their performance.

Mike and the team at Casco did a fantastic job on our project. We recently had a 2 tier retaining wall constructed by Casco in our backyard. My husband and I are both very pleased with the result and the appearance, as well as, with their professionalism, experience and workmanship. Our project was completed in 5 days. Cynthia was more then helpful with coordinating the scheduling and the entire construction crew was very pleasant and friendly. Started the process of a new house build with Casco in early 2022. From day one they were nothing short of excellent. Communication was clear and frequent, questions were answered quickly. What I appreciated most about the company was the honesty. If a mistake was made, they said a mistake was made and they fixed it.

It has now been three months since we closed on our residence. Have we found errors or things that weren't 100%, of course we have and we expected that. Casco has been VERY responsive in fixing any errors that have been found and flexible with our schedule.

CASCO performed a difficult commercial remodel for us, an old ratted our retail building into a handsome church. Working under difficult circumstances such as Covid, supply chain delays, and subtractor delays, they kept us informed and provided alternative solutions along the way. This company exhibits a lack of professionalism and is willing to terminate a contract without a valid reason, primarily to enhance their public image after a customer expresses dissatisfaction.

Mike Casimiro and the CASCO team completed an amazing upgrade to our home this summer and we highly recommend them for any home renovation project. Our new sunroom, deck, and gated front patio are fantastic and have pleasantly improved our quality of life. We cannot say enough about the professionalism, expert quality of work, and attention to detail demonstrated by the CASCO construction crew. The project consisted of enclosing an existing covered porch as a sunroom, adding a new deck to the enclosed sunroom, and creating a walled patio with a stamped concrete surface and custom gate in front of our house. The results exceed our expectations, and we are incredibly pleased with our new spaces.

Before swinging the first hammer, Mike and the team took the time up front to understand exactly what we were after and we went back and forth through the details until we had a common vision of exactly how it would be. As the project was underway, we continuously assessed the progress together and adjusted the details to make it perfect. For example, one Saturday before ordering the large picture windows, Alex and Seth spent part of the day with us putting up and adjusting prototype window frames to show us the proposed window height and get it exactly right to maximize the view while preserving privacy. This was a critical aspect of the project to us and they took it to heart and made it right. The windows turned out perfect. The sunroom is now a snug, quiet, comfortable refuge that looks across the front range with French doors that open to a cozy deck - just what we wanted.
The new front patio with the stamped concrete base, new stucco walls, and striking custom steel gate is a welcome addition and a fun area to hang out with family and friends around the firepit.
CASCO was not the least expensive of the offers we received but were clearly the best and worth it to achieve such impressive results. The new additions look like they were part of the original house. I would not hesitate to contract with them again for any future projects.
