It has been great working with Mike and his team. Mike offered options along with good explanations and pro's/con's of those options. We were unable to make well educated decisions on our build and the results were exactly what we wanted.
We've received many compliments from our Customers and Suppliers on the design and build quality of our office. Best of all, after we've moved in, we have had only minor issues with the building or quality of craftsmanship.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY, I do not recommend doing business with them. We hauled thousands of tons of dirt, provided construction materials like tracking rock, RIP RAP, and recycled concrete to their project in Castle Rock. After a falling out with their sub, Mike agreed to pay us by July 22nd if we would waive the late fees but that day came and went, no payment, and no communication. Now they will not communicate with us, our attorney, or others they own money to on this project. We are not the only ones they have done this to, I know of at least two other people that claim they have not been paid for work on this job. With tens of thousands of dollars owed to our small business they continue to benefit and move forward on their million-dollar custom home in Castle Rock. Who else do they do this to? BEWARE OF THIS GROUP! IN MY OPINION THIS IS NOT AN HONEST GROUP OF PEOPLE!
Casco claims to have paid Outback Dirtworks for work, but Outback Dirtworks has provided me documentation to the contrary, not our work. Regardless, Casco Construction failed to verify their subs and vendors had been paid. In my mind this is a key role of a General Contractor oversee, supervise and verify. Make sure that their customer funds are not being squandered by others. When everything fell apart at their job, Casco called us and made an agreement, yes Mike the owner directly made a agreement with us to get us paid by July 22nd, 2025, and the only stipulation was we would drop the late fees, provided an updated invoice, W9 and COI which we did. That sounds like and acknowledgment that they owed us for the work, and they do! I also know they called others to get invoicing, W2’s and COI’s, BOTTOM LINE they agreed to pay for the materials and trucking services and now refuse to pay or communicate in any way. THIS IS NOT A BUSINESS I WOULD RECOMMEND DOING ANY BUSINESS WITH! Now their customer has multiple liens on their property and likely going to be faced with legal actions. We are proud and unapologetic of the work and materials we provided to Jamin and Stacie’s beautiful new home being built in Castle Rock, but we expect to get paid for it!

Casco team was amazing, they transformed ihop to mausam , and I must say that they are the 1st general contractor who finished everything on time and the 1st one to finish the work below the estimated budget. We look forward to working with them again.

Mike Simpson was our project manager for our basement remodel. He and his team were very professional and finished the project by the date we requested to have it completed. Very punctual with the timeline, outstanding communication and always followed through with what needed to be done. Bekah was outstanding in helping us choose the interior elements with the bar area, bathroom and living space. She reached out to ask what style we preferred, listened to what we wanted and presented us with samples to choose from. Top notch team and we highly recommend!

My company, Crave Technical hired Casco construction as the general contractor for our new facility at 5770 E Woodmen Road. Casco did a fantastic job from start-to-finish on both the core and shell building construction as well as our tenant finish. The construction occurred during 2021 and 2022 when supply-chain shortages were causing massive disruptions to the construction industry. This certainly effected our project, but Casco was able to masterfully navigate the issues to source materials and hold their original budget. When materials were delayed beyond their control, Casco was always out front communicating the problem and possible workarounds. All of the Casco employees I interacted with were professional and courteous, including the sub-contractors they hired. We've been in our new facility 5 months at the time of this post and Casco has also shown excellent support with any minor issues that have arisen. I would highly recommend Casco for any construction project and we are looking forward to working with them again.

We have had the pleasure of working with Bill Morris and his team over the past several months. Bill and his team have worked tirelessly as they work on improving our community. It is very difficult to find a reliable vendor and we are very thankful to have met Endeavor Exteriors.

I had an appointment scheduled with them, the lady scheduling them was wonderful on the phone they seemed very professional, and then they didn't show up at all. It was very unfortunate for me because I was trying to get quotes for insurance and on a strict time limit. Again the woman up front sounded like they were going to be punctual, reliable so I had a lot of hope.

she was the one who gave me a call back after leaving a message to reschedule, unfortunately it takes more than a good phone service any compant to maintain integrity and accountability.

I may be a little more strict on this policy, however, if you can't show up for an initial appointment on time, the likelihood that I'm going to get any work done on time, or estimates back on time, or even proper communication, in my experience does not bode well for that business.

I hired Endeavor Exterior to stucco my house, and paint soffits, gutter, trim. Luis, who is the stucco lead, always asked questions and made sure the crew was timely and the work was done right. I had a little hiccup along the way with the painting of the brick part of my house. Travis immediately address the concern and make the mistake right. My house looks AMAZING. I would hire this company again!
