I selected Dan’s, to work on my elderly father’s 53 year old sewer line, after completing an online search. I thought it would be challenging managing the work from out of state and the complete process was completed with no glitches. All aspects of the process exceeded my expectations. We received exceptional customer service from the office personnel, technician Zach and the owner Dan. My calls were always answered by an actual person. Their computerized communications, including appointments, work contracts and reminders were clear, well designed, concise and never annoying. I was impressed when there as no charge for the first appointment to diagnose the issue, by running a camera through the line. Unlike prior sewer companies, they provided real solutions and they didn’t try to sell us on inadequate and unnecessary services. One of the best parts of our experience was dealing with a company capable of handling all aspects of sewer repairs. They were able to excavate the sewer line replace portion of the line and add external clean-outs in less than a day. It is refreshing to know there are still companies out there providing such a high level of service.

The final cleaning and installation of a liner to out sewer line not only solved our current problem but also prevents future reintroduction of roots to our line. Dan's also saved us from further damage to our Maple tree and saved us from substantial costs associated with the other companies we had been working with. I encourage companies to offer the drain-line liner to other clients.

Over the course of a week, long, very extensive and complex sewer job at our place which required the use of liners to do preventive maintenance on our 300+ feet of sewer main, Dan’s was extremely professional. Great communication throughout and an amazing final product which has saved us from having to Trench and replace pipe for hundreds of feet.

As you imagine when you have a plumbing issue all of your fears come to head. We were told by a different company that are pipes that collapsed and that it looked that they were completely broken out of place towards the street. So this could have been a very very expensive fix. My boyfriend had seen the commercial some years ago for this type of service. After a little googling I found a company name and I called them they were immediately able to come in the next day with a free estimate for us. I couldn't believe how quickly they were able to schedule us and also to be able to receive a free estimate seemed unreal.
The text that came over the house was very polite efficient and knowledgeable, he gave us a fair quote.
Since the quote was considerably cheaper than what we thought we were going to have to worry about into the street we decided to make the beginning initial appointment. They were able to come out within a couple days to start the first process or the next week whichever was convenient for us. Dan himself came knocking to the door on the day he said he would be there at the time he said he would be he was very polite knowledgeable and kind. They worked quickly to get the Lions scoped out and cleared and the first part of the process done and after seeing what they found we were very relieved that we called this company to help us in our time of need. The cost was a third of what we were thinking we were going to have to spend. It seems from the moment that their tech came for the free estimate they really had just helped us, they answered all of our questions they were very time efficient kind friendly and professional. The 100% dealt with the city and anything needed for permits ore inspections. This whole nightmare was done completed and all tidy for us by Dan and his team in a little over a week. We are so thankful and impressed anybody I know that has any kind of plumbing issues I will continue to refer them to Dan's drains and digs for the best service I've ever seen. Thank you once again Dan and your team we are so very thankful that we chose to do business with you.

Incredible experience! Communication was great, honest, and quick. They replaced my sewer line and beat my other quotes by tens of thousands of dollars. Replacement went smoothly and just took a couple days. When I had a small problem a few days after the job was done (my fault, not theirs), they came out within 30 minutes and fixed it for me, no charge. Wish I could add a few more stars.

Had Dan's Drains and Digs install a two-way cleanout in the lower part of my flag-lot driveway. The geography was challenging. Dan was there supervising everything, doing much of the work and was very responsive to my concerns. The whole company is a great group of people. There are very few companies that I can recommend without reservation, but Dan's D&D is one of those. There is nothing Dan and Zach do not know about sewers and water lines. You can trust their advice and work.

Requested a quote on installing a liner for the main sewage line. The gentleman that came out was able to advise that it could be done but the diameter of the pipe was not ideal. Also after doing the camera through the line he said it was in pretty good shape and should be fine. Would recommend this business as very prompt and honest.

Dan had to do some extra work getting my pipe lined up plus the line was longer than expected. Dan stuck with his quoted price even when I offered extra. Dan explained what and why he did the work he did, was very easy to work with. Dan traveled all the way to Limon, 1.5 hrs away, nobody does this kind of work out here. Afterwards Dan doubled checked the work done to ensure it was done right.

Zach S. came to my house to provide an estimate for sewer line clean & scope. I was expecting a quick look and a quote but he did much more. Zach opened the pipe and scoped the entire length of the line, pointing out both the good and not so good spots and concluded by telling me that cleaning it was not needed. No charge. It’s a rare occurrence for a service technician to say all’s good, do nothing. Next time I need a plumber, you bet I’m calling Dan’s Drains & Digs. Thanks Zach.
